Built-in 1901, this light and spacious house is just a 10 min walk from the city center and the beautiful Sonsbeek Park. You will love the place because of the location, the atmosphere, the spacious living space, the freely accessible large garden (5000m2) and the creative look. It is a good base to Arnhem (20 min. by train), history (Doesburg/'s Heerenberg) and forest (Montferland). On site are more studios for rent as well as the studio. The place is best for single people.

You will stay in a former forge from + -1870 in a beautiful, historical and very quiet environment. This "Smidse" has been converted into a modern, cozy, very complete and spacious house. Ideal as a base for various natural or sporting excursions, or as your 'home away from home' when you need a second home temporarily. Outside is a modest terrace overlooking an old, uninhabited parsonage. Delightfully quiet!

This apartment in a detached house of a peaceful neighbourhood, is just a ten minute walk from the city center. It's located on the first floor and caters for a private entrance, kitchen and bathroom. The groundfloor offers a room with two single beds, it can be booked additionally only during the weekend or national holidays. The photo's do not do the spacious rooms enough justice.

A detached stone cottage with a private garden and a view of Achterhoek's scenic landscape. Because of the many windows, the living room is very bright and spacious. There is also a wood-burning stove allowing you to warm up by the stove on cold evenings and of course in the sauna. Our horses walk in the meadow in front of the garden.
