Holiday rentals with a patio in Montezuma Beach, Santa Fe

We really enjoyed our stay at Evas' place. The location couldn't have been more convenient. It was basically right across the road from the beach. Our favorite part of the suite was the balcony. It was massive, and had a super comfy couch. Perfect space for some hot yoga! Completely covered from the rain and very romantic 😍 Eva was super responsive, we had a bunch of fruit to cut up and the knives were dull, so I reached out to her and she had them sharpened within the hour. We'd definitely recommend staying here 👌

Die Unterkunft liegt in einer Seitengasse abseits der Hauptstraße. Man ist in 5 Minuten am Strand, bei Restaurants/Sodas, dem Supermarkt oder Cafés. Lage TOP! Wir haben nur für weitere Ziele das Auto verwendet und konnten alles reibungslos laufen. Unterkunft war gut durchdacht und auch das offene Badezimmer hat uns nicht gestört. Nachbarn sind ruhig, bis auf die Baustelle in der Nähe kriegt man tagsüber nichts mit. Die Kommunikation mit Paula wie auch Sophia war klasse. Paula kam uns auch zur Hilfe mit unserem gesperrten Safe. Danke dafür nochmal. Wir hatten wunderbare Tage in Santa Teresa und würden wieder kommen!

Suner war super freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Ihre Unterkunft ist sehr modern eingerichtet und bietet einen tollen Blick in den Regenwald, da sie auf einem kleinen Hügel liegt. Mit dem Auto ist sie nur ein paar Minuten von dem Ort und Strand in Santa Teresa entfernt. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und auch der Ort hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir empfehlen die Unterkunft weiter und würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

Die Kommunikation mit dem Host war super – schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ursprünglich hatten wir ein Apartment ohne Klimaanlage gebucht, was bei den hohen Temperaturen etwas unangenehm war. Der Host kam am Abend noch persönlich vorbei und ermöglichte uns den Wechsel in ein dieses Zimmer mit Klimaanlage – wirklich toller Service! Die Einrichtung war schön und geschmackvoll. Ein kleiner Hinweis: Dinge wie Salz, Pfeffer oder Öl sollte man selbst mitbringen, da diese leider nicht vorhanden waren. Die Lage war perfekt – etwas abseits vom Trubel, aber trotzdem nur ein paar Minuten zum Strand. In der Nähe gibt es viele tolle Restaurants, die man bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann. Insgesamt ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt – gerne wieder!

This was the ideal space for someone working remote and wanting to experience Santa Teresa to its fullest. The host was very responsive and helpful whenever I reached out, and always went the extra mile to make sure I was comfortable. 10/10 would stay here again.

★★★★ Pure Paradise in Santa Teresa! (loft #1) Beyond the amazing host, the location of this rental is unbeatable! It's perfectly situated in Santa Teresa, just a short walk to the stunning beach, delicious cafes, and vibrant nightlife. The property itself felt peaceful and private, offering a true escape from the hustle and bustle. While the location is fantastic, it's worth noting that the approach to the parking involves navigating a steep, but fully paved slope. This might be a bit challenging for those who are not comfortable with driving on hilly terrain. However, the upside is that the property is situated on higher ground, offering stunning views of the surrounding area and providing a bit of a workout as you walk back to the apartment, which is 50+ meters above sea level. In summary, if this place is available, don't think twice and reserve!!! Note: Yuli kept our stuff safe for one night and helped move between Appartments, truly amazing! Thanks Yuli and Team :-)

This home had beautiful views, a wonderful staff, and was a superb find for our family’s Christmas vacation. Santa Teresa is amazing and we had some of the best food on vacation ever! Our host , Brano was very responsive and our local helpers were amazing. There is a housekeeping staff on site, but they respect your privacy and keep watch over the property. They brought us extra towels when needed and were overall extremely respectful and helpful. For those traveling to this location, I strongly recommend either a car or ATVs as the home is located up a steep driveway. It is walkable (and there are 150 stairs to use instead) but to do this on a daily basis, you would have to be pretty fit and young. In addition, there are stairs from the driveway to get down to the house and these would not be appropriate for anyone with balance or stability issues. They were fine for us at 50 years old, but should be a consideration for anyone with walking or stability issues. We had a great time!

Alexandra es una excelente anfitriona, la comunicación es rápida y efectiva y es sumamente atenta, la casa preciosa con todas las facilidades que se requieren. Las playas, restaurantes y supermercados quedan muy cerca. Totalmente recomendado y volvería a ir sin lugar a dudas.

Merveilleux endroit! Très confortable. Très facile de louer un 4 roues et se déplacer par la suite sur les différentes plages. Lit très confortable, cuisine bien équipé. Plage magnifique, presque déserte, j’y retournerais sans hésitation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Clara’s place. The location was excellent - it felt very private, nestled in the jungle, but also a short drive to the main strip and beaches. Despite the bathroom being open air, we saw almost no bugs and none in the downstairs unit (a big positive for my fearful girlfriend). The place itself was charming and tastefully designed. Clara was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. We would happily stay here again!

I enjoyed my stay so much that I rebooked for two extra nights! This place is not only cozy and private, but also thoughtfully stocked with everything you could need. The attention to detail makes it feel like a true home away from home. The host is fantastic—responsive, kind, and communicates clearly throughout. A truly peaceful and well-run spot that I’d happily return to again and again.

Anne-Laure's cabin was a magical Costa Rican escape! We instantly felt the "pura vida" spirit—perfect for chill people connecting with nature. The majestic Santa Teresa jungle location was breathtaking, with stunning views and wildlife (monkeys, birds!) from the balcony. The stylish, quiet cabin, built with local wood, blended comfort with authentic Costa Rican style and was fully equipped. The private hot tub was a luxurious treat, and the balcony's hanging net was unique for treetop lounging. We appreciated the eco-friendly farm setting and reliable Starlink. Anne-Laure was an exceptional, attentive host, matching the "chill people only" vibe. Her care and the property's character made our trip special. Highly recommend for a unique, peaceful, stylish jungle getaway in Santa Teresa. Easy access to town (4x4 recommended for jungle route). Dreaming of returning!

Un hermoso lugar, lleno de naturaleza, cerca de varias playas y relajante! Robyn y Patrick son personas muy amables, tratan de que las personas que los visitan se sientan muy bien, son muy flexibles!

Fantastic stay at Pacific Azure! Large bed rooms - each with private bathrooms - gave our family plenty of space and privacy. We used the pool daily to cool-off while enjoying watching/listening to the birds, monkeys, and iguanas. The outside dining area provides a great alternative to eating out and allowed us to prepare meals and enjoy the fresh fish from the local fishery down the street. Checked out Calle Cimarrona, the local brewery within walking distance - great beer and friendly folks. As for finding the location, our recommendation to future guests is that you plan to arrive during the day if possible due to the lack of street lights/signs. The host was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We could not have been more satisfied by our time!

Le logement est très joli et bien situé. Marisa est incroyable! Elle a même ajouté du mobilier avant notre arrivée pour nous accommoder afin qu’on puisse prendre des repas à 4 autour d’une table dehors comme en-dedans. Super bien décoré. Végétation nous faisant sentir bien. Très bien isolé à l’intérieur pour ne pas entendre les quads qui passent sur la rue principale. Nous avons adoré!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The location is perfect—everything is walkable. The beach and surf spot are just down the block, with great food options and a supermarket right across the street. The condo was clean, easy to cook in, and felt secure thanks to on-site security. I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Would definitely stay here again!

Tuve una experiencia excelente en este alojamiento. La ubicación es perfecta, el lugar estaba impecablemente limpio, muy bien equipado con todo lo necesario y, además, era comodísimo. La decoración es bellísima, se nota el cuidado en cada detalle. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí y lo recomiendo totalmente.

I had a great stay at Andrew’s! I can see why he’s a super host. Very responsive, friendly and flexible. The Condo had everything you need, and was super clean and tidy. The location of the Condo is in Los Delfines, which is a private complex, so we felt very safe and we were able to use their facilities. Will definitely come back, and I absolutely recommend you staying here

⸻ Trust me—book this place. Meet Spyridon and try to tell me he’s not the nicest guy you’ve ever met! He’s incredibly helpful and communicative throughout the stay. The views are absolutely stunning and give you that lush, authentic jungle vibe—unlike some of the more modern, Miami or Beverly Hills-style homes in the area. I mean, why come all the way to Costa Rica for that? One thing to note: while the beach is nearby, the walk back is a serious uphill climb. It’s doable, but be ready to break a sweat. An ATV is definitely the way to go—but hey, that’s the trade-off for those epic views.

excellent location. close to very good beaches on both sides. would not bother with the local restaurant as you can get tastier and cheaper meals outside the complex. the place is as advertised. very clean and cozy. highly recommend if using as a base for all of the other beaches in the area. very satisfied.

The condo was modern and clean, and everything you could want was there. Lisa was very responsive. The property was great with a 5 minute walk from your front door to the beautiful swimming beach. There was also a parking lot by the beach if you prefer to drive. Chairs and a restaurant are at the beach already.
