Clean, peaceful and perfectly arranged and decorated accommodation! Ideally located to go to Disneyland Paris, just 20 minutes away

The cottage is really very small but decorated with a lot of love. Everything you need in kitchen equipment is available (Nespresso machine, small induction stove, toaster and even a hot air fryer). Everything was very clean. We used the small outdoor area behind the house both in the morning and in the evening for relaxation and eating - the tranquility was great. We visited Disneyland Paris during our stay. It is easily accessible by car in less than 10 minutes. Valérie always responded quickly to inquiries and was always able to help us. We can absolutely recommend the cottage and Valérie as a host. It was a nice short trip.

It was a pleasure to stay at Josefa's beautiful home- the perfect retreat to come home to after a long day exploring the sights of Paris! We loved staying in Montreuil - being from London it was comforting to us that we stayed in a multiculturally diverse neighbourhood. We felt safe throughout our time here. The house is well insulated from noise and the air conditioning kept us constantly comfortable whenever we needed it. Our family had a wonderful time here- and we created lasting memories and bonds. We loved everything about this place!!! It was perfect for our family of five. The backyard is stunning, the neighborhood is safe and quaint and it was easy to access the metro to get into the city center. If you are going to Paris with a family or group of friends, this is the place to stay!

Great night spent in this beautiful place. Tower matched what was described, with the flower and overhead projector option, and frankly with the hot tub it's amazing.

We had a great stay in the house for an extended weekend. Pleasant garden, swimming pool, edge of the Marne. Sylvain is very friendly and responsive. Our dog was also delighted with his stay. We highly recommend it for a relaxing stay in nature. Accessible on foot, shops and restaurants nearby.

We had a good stay in this beautiful house. The accommodation is very well equipped: kitchen utensils, garden, games, you feel at home. Note however: the pool is not very large but pleasant and one of the 5 bedrooms is dual-aspect.

We stopped for 2 nights at Françoise's on the way back from vacation and were delighted. Very pleasant, attentive and discreet host. She offered to take care of our laundry, as the machine was not in the accommodation. Upon our arrival, chilled orange juice and brioche were waiting for us, a delicate attention! The place was clean, comfortable and good location. We highly recommend it, especially if you have a stay at Disneyland Park planned (accommodation 10 minutes from the park by car). Upon arrival, we had the pleasant surprise of finding orange juice in the fridge and a delicious brioche — small touches that were very much appreciated. The accommodation was impeccable, comfortable and very well located. We recommend this address without hesitation and will gladly return if the opportunity arises!

We had a fantastic stay. The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated, with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen was well-equipped, the beds were super comfortable, and we really appreciated the quiet, peaceful atmosphere. The location was perfect—close to public transport, great local cafés, and everything we needed. Check-in was smooth and communication with the host was excellent. Host was friendly, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we felt welcome.
