Sandra ist eine herzliche Gastgeberin. Sie hat uns bei der Ankunft persönlich begrüßt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und bei der Ausstattung hat nichts gefehlt. Der wundervolle Ausblick auf die Weinberge und Umgebung war einmalig. Die eigene Terrasse sowie der Pool haben zum wohlfühlen und entspannen eingeladen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden jederzeit wieder dort Urlaub machen. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen.

Appartamento pulitissimo ed organizzato, era presente tutto il necessario e forse di piu'! Lisa e Matteo hanno fatto di tutto per farci sentire ben accolti e per darci ogni informazione utile. Posizione strategica per raggiungere in auto i borghi più belli della Toscana, zona tranquilla, ma un poco isolata, anche se bastavano pochi minuti di auto per raggiungere supermercati e ristoranti. Consiglio vivamente per la cordialità dell'host e per l'impeccabile ordine e pulizia dell'appartamento. Grazie Lisa e Matteo, sarà un piacere tornare!

We had the most amazing stay at Sibilla's apartment! It is STUNNINGLY decorated and almost makes it feel like you are staying in the Medici Chapel itself. The apartment had everything we needed, and the plant room/ sunroom was glorious to enjoy in the mornings/returning after a day's exploring. We met both Niccolo and Sibilia and both were so friendly and helpful. The area surrounding the apartment is perfect, with central Florence being a 20 minute walk away, and the restaurants/shops/wine bars of Santo Spirito being literally on your doorstep. This is the most enjoyable Air BnB we have ever stayed in, and would come back in a heartbeat! Grazie mille!!

Highly recommend anyone new to Italy to try San gimigano first. Staying here allowed us flexibility to explore other cities and had plenty of great spots in walking distance. Lorenzo provided fantastic recommendations and assisted with everything we asked for.

There are breathtaking views from every aspect. Our accommodations were clean and comfortable. From Nicola’s villa, we traveled by car to Florence, Pisa, and Lucca with ease. We also took in the Cinque Terre via a bus tour. The property is prepared to host multiple people yet is peaceful. Nicola was very responsive, knowledgeable, and friendly. When you stay, enjoy the pool, tour the winery, and ask Nicola where to get the best Florentine steak. We went twice. An extra treat for us was to take in the Chianti Festival in Montespertoli. Charming. We wish that we stayed a second week. Thank you, Nicola, for everything.

There’s something very special about this home and its surroundings. It’s both serene and spiritual. A charming old farmhouse, with the most beautiful greenery all around it, (many olive and fig trees) and stone pathways to lead your way. Beatrice is so helpful and sweet. She is lovely to talk to. She is available when needed, yet allows you privacy. She also let us have the opportunity for a late check out. Getting to Florence from the home is a 35-45 minute drive, but there are many surrounding towns that Beatrice helps you to navigate. If ever I return, this will be where I stay. Thank you Beatrice!

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Haus. Es ist super ausgestattet und es waren viele Aufmerksamkeiten vorbereitet, um uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. Die Kommunikation und Gestaltung der Ankunft hat einwandfrei geklappt. Da es noch kühler war wurde auch das Haus aufgeheizt. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Francesco è un ottimo host, certamente si preoccupa che gli ospiti abbiano tutto quello di cui hanno bisogno. Ci ha contattati durante il viaggio per assicurarsi di poter esserci all'arrivo. Ci ha lasciato molte cialde per la macchina del caffe', le pastiglie per la lavastoviglie, l'acqua in frigo, una tovaglia e uno strofinaccio. Ottimo il vino rosso di sua produzione. L'atmosfera è calorosa, accogliente e familiare. La piscina ha moltissimi lettini ed ombrelloni a disposizione degli ospiti. Ottima per il relax dopo aver visitato qualche bellissimo borgo. Siamo appena tornati e non vediamo l'ora di poterci ritornare.

We had a wonderful few days here while touring Italy. The pool is fantastic as well as the additional facilities such as boules and table tennis. There is plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the sunset on an evening. We would love to come back here again and would highly recommend.

Wir hatten eine unvergessliche Zeit hier - die Natur sowie die Anlage selbst sind wunderschön, etwas rustikal mit ein paar Erneuerungen, über die Ana viel erzählen kann. Man kann sich auf dem Gelände super verteilen, hat genug Privatsphäre falls erwünscht und kann die schönsten Sonnenuntergänge beobachten. Auch der Pool zwischen den Olivenbäumen ist traumhaft. Wir konnten von hier aus einige Städte wie Florenz und Siena besuchen, auch hier hatte Ana super Tipps für geeignete Restaurants parat. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This was the perfect place to stay! Just minutes to the bridge leading to city center along with some fun spots right outside the door. Lots of steps but WORTH IT! The view from the terrace was great and the apartment itself was better than we could’ve asked for! Would definitely recommend this spot to anyone else planning a trip to Florence!

This place is what I imagined when I close my eyes and think of Tuscany. The view from the bedroom is amazing and the apartment is adorable. There is AC but we didn’t end up needing it since the windows let in such a glorious breeze. The kitchen was well equipped, we were just missing paper towels. The pool was great with a fantastic view although it would have been helpful to have access to pool towels. The location is great and about a 15 minute drive into San Gimignano so you probably need a car. It was also a quick drive to supermarkets and nearby wineries which we loved. Berta was really helpful during check-in and provided us with recommendations in the area.

We were there at the end of the season. It was very beautiful, relaxing and peaceful. All of the host were awesome!! They were extremely helpful and friendly. The landscaping was immaculate. We would highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!! It felt like home.

We hebben enorm genoten! Het was een prachtige locatie en de ligging is erg centraal om naar de grote bekende steden te gaan. Het uitzicht was adembenemend! Je kan heerlijk buiten zitten. Het huisje is wat autentieker, maar dat geeft ook weer karakter.

The perfect Tuscany experience! Views were breathtaking, best we saw in all of Italy. Wonderful family who made us feel like friends or relatives staying at their home. Michele was incredibly helpful and responsive providing valuable tips on how to get around where to prioritize visiting, etc. Best overall value and experience renting a property I’ve ever had.

This apartment in the heart of Florence is a true gem. It’s spacious, comfortable, and modern, yet still retains its historic charm. The location is simply dreamlike, with the widow view and the proximity to The Accademia being the highlight. Having the Accademia right in front of the window was priceless. The bathroom is spacious and clean, and the kitchen is well-stocked and discreet. Conveniently located, restaurants, shops, and a supermarket are just a short walk away. The communication was easy and fast, and Luca was friendly and helpful. Overall, this is a perfect apartment in an ideal location. I highly recommend it, and I’ll definitely be back on my next trip to Florence. Thank you so much for hosting! 🤍

Muy buen lugar para hospedarse, las fotos coinciden totalmente con el lugar, está muy cerca de la estación de tren, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

From booking to checking out, things could not have been smoother. Everything was as described and Alessandra was a very responsive and reasonable host. The area was also fantastic- 10 minutes walk to the Duomo and the restaurants and bars in the small Piazza five minutes’ walk away were excellent. Hope to return soon!

Highly recommend staying here. It’s a beautiful little apartment with very large outdoor roof space for dining, lounging etc. very clean. Walking distance to all of lucca.

Excellent location and beautiful apartment. Easy to get in self-check in and good communication with the host. Great kitchen, stocked with all the hardware you need. Common area was comfortable for the 4 of us. The view is amazing. Balconies on the water with close up views of Ponte Vecchio. Definitely one of the best places we've stayed in a 20 day trip in several cities.

Wygodny choć nieco staromodny apartament w spokojnej okolicy, wokół dużo zieleni i piękny widok z okna. Duży i zadbany basen z przestrzenią do odpoczynku. Dobre miejsce na relaks po zwiedzaniu Sieny i okolic.

Martina's place was a great rental in central Florence. Close enough to walk to major landmarks and the central train station. The place has everything you need and more. We were met by Martina and her friendly dog on arrival. She is very friendly and hospitable and took her time to show us her home and give us lots of information on the area and suggestions. I would recommend this rental to everyone!
