Holiday rentals with a patio in Montesilvano

It is a brand-new property, well-designed, and comfortable to stay. The beautiful beach is just across the road. The Wi-Fi is fast, and the car park is very convenient right downstairs. The lift is helpful if you have luggage.

This was a magical experience. I cannot imagine a kinder and more helpful host than Kevin, and I can’t imagine a more magical location. Great advice on things to do in the area and incredibly helpful in terms of getting us oriented and “plugged in” in Capestrano.

The host is fantastic and there were some lovely complimentary touches. This place is amazingly located, is beautifully decorated and has everything you need. Thank you Cornelie, we will be staying again.

Loved this place, hosts were very welcoming, although there was a language barrier, they were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend and would definitely return.

Abbiamo soggiornato soltanto due notti e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Susanne è super disponibile e risponde ai messaggi velocemente. La casa è molto bella, pulita e fornita di tutto il necessario. Inoltre ci ha fatto trovare delle cose offerte in cucina. L’unica pecca è che non prende la rete, però c’è il wifi a disposizione in casa, il quale ha funzionato sempre tranne una sera.

Catia and Andrea's house was perfect! Everything was super clean, there was everything you need to cook, I could wash clothes, the whole time I felt right at home. The location is stunning, with a huge private courtyard with a view of the mountains and the sound of the river. There are walking trails nearby and only 30-60 minutes by car, there are multiple mountains to hike up if that's your thing. I recommend Monte Amaro (difficult) and Monte Mileto (moderate). Above all, Catia and Andrea were two of the nicest hosts I've ever had the pleasure to meet. Catia was extremely communicative before my arrival and when I told her what time I would arrive, her and Andrea suggested to meet them at a bar near the airbnb. Of course I accepted and I was met with beautiful hospitality, they bought me two beers and let me practice my Italian with them. And to top it off, they personally escorted me to show me the airbnb, and they also left some beer and two bottles of wine. Best experience yet!

Lovely peaceful setting with great pool and terrace area provided everything we needed for a home from home holiday. The only negative thing was a lack of microwave. The house was well stocked with things like toilet rolls and cleaning products and we were given a lovely welcome basket of locally produced food items, wine and beers and even a delicious cake made by the host. During our stay we needed to contact the host and they responded quickly. The gardens were very well maintained and totally private with automatic gates. The road leading up to the house is very steep so a powerful car is needed but all in all we had a great holiday.

Maison située au milieu des vignes et des oliviers. Calme avec vue sur mer et la montagne. Prestation de qualité avec de grands espaces intérieurs et extérieurs et surtout une piscine incroyablement grande. Excellent séjour.

Ho scelto questo appartamentino per far soggiornare i miei genitori e con le mie zie e si sono trovati davvero bene! Gli spazi sono ben organizzati e arredati con gusto, creando un’atmosfera accogliente e rilassante. La posizione è comoda. Pulizia impeccabile e dotato di tutto il necessario. Francesca è stata molto disponibile! Grazie Consigliatissimo!

Mireia è stata disponibile al dialogo sin da subito e si è mostrata attenta alle eventuali esigenze anche se non presente fisicamente. Nulla da poter recriminare e la casetta, seppur disposta su tre piani, è accogliente e regala una sensazione familiare. Immersa nel verde gode di tanta tanta tranquillità.

Een heerlijk huis, met een werkelijk fantastisch uitzicht! De ontvangst door Beci was bijzonder gastvrij. Keuken was voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de douche had een goede straal . We hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad.

Ottima struttura, pulitissima, accogliente, in una zona tranquilla e vicina al centro di Chieti. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e disponibilissima. Consiglio vivamente la struttura!

Già dai primi contatti Marco si è dimostrato disponibile,gentile,cordiale e affabile...ci ha addirittura omaggiato un servizio extra! L'alloggio è molto carino e rifinito, super pulito e confortevole,con tutto ciò che ci poteva servire ed oltre! Se ritorneremo in zona senza dubbio soggiorneremo nuovamente presso Roberta's Legacy 😊

Perfect stay! Marco's place is roomy, comfortable, and well-appointed. This was our first visit to Tocco da Casauria; the town is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm- it feels straight out of a storybook. It was very easy to navigate around and the locals are extremely friendly; we tried out some of the suggested restaurants and shopping and loved all of it. The private balcony was definitely our favorite thing about the flat- we could have easily spent another week or two taking in that view. Thank you so much, Marco, for a wonderful trip and stay- we can't wait to return!

El alojamiento es precioso, moderno y muy limpio. El lugar es espectacular, un sitio precioso y único, muy tranquilo. Si busca una estancia tranquila y en el campo, este es tu sitio!!

Ottima soluzione soprattutto per chi ha un neonato come me, la casetta di Andrea e Giulia è stata da poco ristrutturata e ha davvero tutto. La casa a pochi passi dal mare è dotata di tutti i comfort ed era davvero pulitissima e profumata. Andrea e Giulia super disponibili, torneremo sicuramente.

Roberto e Sandra sono stati impeccabili in tutto! Io e mio nipote ci siam sentiti come a casa, persone solari empatiche e super disponibili , che dire, davvero straordinari! Lo consiglio vivamente, posto molto bello, casa pulitissima e provvista di tutti i confort! Ci hanno consigliato posti da visitare, locali e ristoranti molto buoni della zona! Tutto perfetto e ritorneremo sicuramente altre volte! A presto, un abbraccio fortissimo ad entrambi! Grazie di cuore!!!

Siamo stati da Pierino per una settimana. L'appartamento è piccolino ma dispone di tutti i comfort. Il signor Rino, che ci ha accolto, è una persona eccezionale. Hanno viaggiato con noi anche i nostri due cani, che sono stati gentilmente accolti dai proprietari. Molto comodo l'ampio parcheggio privato a pochi passi dall'abitazione. Torneremo sicuramente!

Abbiamo trascorso 2 notti nell’appartamento e sono stati molto piacevoli e rilassanti. Casa molto accogliente e curata, con tutti i servizi indicati. A piedi la spiaggia e tanti bar e ristoranti. Daniele è stato molto disponibile e accogliente

Marco si è dimostrato fin da subito disponibile a ogni nostra richiesta, la sua ospitalità ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento, in un’ottima posizione, ci ha permesso di muoverci totalmente a piedi. Abbiamo soggiornato in 5 persone e questo non è stato per niente un problema, l’appartamento è molto comodo e confortevole, davvero pulito e arredato con gusto. Sicuramente ritorneremo!!!!
