Cozy 2nd floor apartment at the Metropolitan Area in Rio Piedras, San Juan. Near Airport (8min), Old San Juan (15min), Coliseo (5 min), Beaches(12min), Shopping Malls and more. Best way to get around is by Uber or Rental.Super clean, private, fully furnished and all the essentials. One hotel like bedroom with Double bed, inverter AC, closet and bathroom. Basic kitchen with all the essentials, gas stove,microwave and small refrigerator. WiFi available. Shared entrance (stairs) & roof terrace.

Our Chalet is a 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom apartment located in Park Gardens, which is a very quiet/private area. It's about 7-10 minutes drive from the San Juan International Airport, and near to many malls, beaches (NOT walking-distance), restaurants. You will have ONLY the FIRST floor of the Chalet for yourself (it's considered an entire place stay). The owner will be living on the second floor of the Chalet, but it does have its own private entrance. Guests will NOT have access to the Balcony.
