The place is a bit far from downtown. But the accommodations exceeded expectations, the host was very helpful and polite, the apartment was comfortable, clean and functional.

This property + the daily rate, in and of itself, would be great. But the Taciana and her husband go further. They're simply fantastic! Every cent and every minute of this period was worth it. I will ALWAYS recommend! In time: They had, inside the apartment, a real mini market: Food, drink and snacks available for absolutely honest prices! I've never seen this before (and I know practically all of Brazil). Nota mil for them!

The apartment is very new, the building is still finishing renovations in the garages, it is very clean and it is in a great place, close to everything: markets, famous churches and even some nice cafes. It has everything you need: a fully equipped kitchen, nice furniture and filtered water - a big plus. Only the garage is a little tight for a big car, but otherwise it is perfect for a couple to enjoy with comfort and practicality.

Wow, Renata was very polite, responded quickly, and provided support the whole time. I was very impressed with the politeness and kindness. Congratulations, as I always go to Montes Claros, it's just them now, better than a hotel.

Since the first contact to close the house, Rafael proved super attentive and polite, always willing to answer all our questions with a lot of patience. And the best: this service hasn't changed at any time! During our stay, he was always available to help us with any questions. As for the house, what an amazing experience!
