This place is perfect ! A little piece of Fontaine bleau heaven . Our Host Aurélien thought of everything for our stay. He really went above and beyond from welcome to check out. The apartment is beautiful inside and everything is how described . The location is perfect . We feel lucky to have found this little Gem and hope it won’t be long again until we can return here . The accommodation is well located close to the city center of Provins, a few minutes' walk from all shops. Access to the accommodation was achieved independently using a code lock. The apartment is perfectly functional and corresponds in every way to the listing. We were sensitive to all the little attentions of Christine during our stay. We had a pleasant weekend.

What a wonderful apartment in a beautiful setting, we would recommend without hesitation and would love to stay here again. I must agree with a previous review and say it’s better than the photos. Lots of space, everything you need, and a very nice host. There are about three flights of stairs the last being a little steep. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had just about everything we needed for our two week stay. The small patio in the backyard that was “ours” was very nice and overlooked their beautiful garden. Whether it be looking out the windows or sitting on the dock on the Seine, we thoroughly enjoyed watching the barge traffic go back-and-forth, not to mention the rowers and kayakers, etc. The town is very nice, albeit about a 30 minute walk to the center, with a patisserie, a great fully stocked grocery store, a good pharmacy and some nice restaurants. Fontainebleau is a lovely town only a 5 or 6 minute car ride away and the Fontainebleau forest has many trails

Incredible stay. The apartment is updated, beautiful and spacious. The grounds are very peaceful and maintained. The location is right across the street from the chateau, can’t beat it. Charles and Melis were wonderful to interact with and even went the extra mile by kindly offering to help us navigate the local real estate market. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay in the little studio in the heart of fontainebleau - close to everything, shops restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries, parking house - but still quite (if you shut off the fridge over night ;)). Clean and cozy, the studio offers everything you need, even a little private terrace right in front of your door for meals outdoors. We would come again!

We had a lovely stay in the gite. The big garden in the back was wonderful for the kids and dog. The house had everything we needed and more during our bouldering trip. I hope we can come back again.

The accommodation is ideally located to discover the region, and really pleasant to live in: cozy, well decorated, very well equipped. Special mention for the kitchen with everything you need, and the air conditioning, which was a real plus with the summer temperatures. We had a very comfortable stay — a top Airbnb that I recommend without hesitation!

We had a lovely stay at Fabrice's place. The house has a modern kitchen with everything you could need. Bathroom and bedrooms excellent. The house and garden is situated on the river Loigne and is very private. The surrounding nature is beuautiful . The garden is enormous. There is a canoe and a kayak you use. It is difficult to describe how nice the house and surrounding is, we will certainly be back !

We stayed at this beautiful oasis for a short getaway and loved the peaceful location and stunning surroundings. This feels less like a B&B and more like you have been invited to stay at a very well travelled friend's holiday home. We particularly liked the private walled garden where we ate every meal and the spacious and tranquil bedrooms. Helpful and responsive host too. We hope to be back soon!

We had an absolutely awesome stay at Catherine & Stéphane's! The place is welcoming, warm, and it immediately feels like home. The only small regret: it was too short... we would have stayed a few days longer as we felt good there😄. A big thank you to Catherine for hosting us — we will not hesitate for a second to return if we return to the area!

We had a lovely stay at Pierre’s house. He greeted us warmly personally and made sure, that all questions are answered. Everything was there as described and he gave us instructions how to use everything. The location is always perfect, close to the forest, groceries and bakery in walking distance. We enjoyed very second and we would love to visit again next year. Thank you Pierre for being such a welcoming and warm host!

Had a lovely 3 night stay in a very private, well equipped house. Very secure garden for our two dogs. kitchen had everything you needed and plenty of outside seating to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. Didier was very responsive to any questions that we had. Perfect. Thanks

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely flat - we really liked the outdoor area. There was an issue we identified with one of the shutters on arrival but it was fixed promptly. We would be very happy to stay here again.
