Holiday rentals in Monteprandone

A large apartment within walking distance of the town centre. We had a lovely stay and the garden was perfect for our dog. The apartment was clean with off road parking. Great location for exploring the area and the bonus was a supermarket 2 minutes walk from the apartment.

The stay was great. Very well-maintained, spacious and high-quality accommodation. Too bad it's quite noisy with the traffic (windows simply glazed) and the dishwasher didn't work (but was communicated). Can still recommend it in any case.

The view and location are worth everything... 7th floor (with elevator) very convenient location, on the San Benedetto seafront, beach in front of the house, both equipped lidos and beach... walking along the seafront to the center will take about twenty minutes / 5 by car. The highlight is undoubtedly the spectacular view and the livable terrace where you can dine in peace for 4. The living area is comfortable, and the kitchen and bathroom are small but functional. During our stay we used the sofa bed and despite this the living area was still comfortable. The only downside, if we can call it that, is that it does not have an internal parking space, i.e. there is the condominium parking space but from 06/15 to 09/15 it becomes a parking space for the condominium's bikes and therefore there is a ban on cars, nearby there are paid and free parking spaces, we were there now in June and apart from Sunday when we arrived and there were a lot of people, the other days we found a place in the free ones.

The location is good you can go by car or on foot , (15 to 20 min) both to the beach and supermarket, restaurants and more, but keep in mind that at night you can hear the sound of the highway even if you have everything closed, the area is safe and quiet, the apartment is as the photos, it is spacious and inside everything is comfortable, you can cook without problem, also works the washing machine and washing dishes, the bathroom it has full shower but there is no bidet, the bed is not very hard but it makes a lot of noise when you move especially if you are heavy, there is no air conditioning and in hot weather it is definitely necessary especially in the terrace area, you can not use much that area because it does not have a mosquito and with the rain there are quite a few mosquitoes , there is a little humidity inside the house being ground floor, a little of ants in the kitchen, however we had a good time and Giuseppe was very friendly always responded quickly and I try to fix everything shortly.

Giorgio’s place was fantastic. His mom and dad greeted us upon arrival and showed us around the property. He has everything inside to make you feel like you’re at home. The view is amazing from the patio which we ate our breakfast from everyday. The restaurants are a couple of minutes walk and the grocery store is about a 10 minute walk too. It is a very quiet location and being on the fourth floor it’s even better. There are 73 stairs to climb to get to the room, which will help burn a few calories after you’ve eaten a large meal from one of the restaurants nearby. Parking can be challenging if there is a function in the town. We had to park by the grocery store one night but it was not a problem. We had a great stay and hope to come again every year! We spent 12 wonderful days with five people (2 adults, 3 children aged 2, 4 and 6) with Francesco and his family. The house, the grounds, the pool correspond to the pictures and descriptions - it is beautiful and very private. The amenities and cleanliness of the house are of a high standard and in line with the price. The ventilation system of the house is completely sufficient and very pleasant even for the high temperatures in August. House and furnishings are very stylish, matching the area, sustainable and made of high-quality materials. The natural pool is fantastic, clean and perfectly designed. The entire outdoor area is in an amazing condition and well maintained. Francesco, his sister and his parents are very accommodating people, always eager to give tips for the area, the beach and restaurants. They are very reserved and respect the privacy of their guests.

A unique and overwhelming experience! Ideal for spending a day away from the city and in full contact with nature. The stilt house is a magical and enchanted place surrounded by greenery where you can observe the landscape of the forest. The interior of the structure is cared for in every detail, a mini SPA with a Japanese bath makes the stay romantic and pleasant. The owner Annalisa is super kind and helpful, ready to accommodate any request. The aperitif with cured meats and cheeses accompanied by their wine is truly out of this world! We were also able to eat the pizza from the property's wood-fired oven, which was very good! I would say it was a super experience and one to be repeated!
