Villa holiday rentals in Montemerlo

This is a wonderful villa. It consists of four self-contained flats and a communal large dining room / lounge and kitchen. You only pay person who actually stays, but have the use of as many of the flats as you need to accommodate those who stay (up to 10 persons altogether), and your party has exclusive use of the shared kitchen and dining room / lounge. There is a lovely private garden and outdoor eating area, and a very good barbecue. The area is very peaceful. We went on lovely walks down the lanes straight out of the front door. You will need a vehicle to stay. We found Vicenza (1/2 hour), Padova (1/2 hour) and Venezia (1 hour) all quite easily reachable with a car. Alvise was very responsive and helpful, living in a small house nearby in the grounds. We considered it very good value for money, and would love to stay again if we have the opportunity.

We felt very comfortable at the place. Accommodation as described, nice size to spend holidays there with several people. Location directly on the water (from June, however, you cannot set up a beach tent directly there, but must take the bus to the public beach). If we had any questions, etc., Alessandro was immediately available and helped us. We had a great vacation at the Lido, thank you Alessandro!

We had a wonderful stay at the property. Milvia is a such a warm and kind person. She guided us properly about the area. The property is very well located and one can easily get to Venice using the regional train. The property is very clean and beautiful. It was truly memorable!

Great beautiful house, which has everything you need for a comfortable stay: 3 toilets, beautiful bathrooms, a large hall and a courtyard. I especially liked the filling of the kitchen - there is everything you need for cooking

We had a truly wonderful stay at Casa Cantia. The property is indescribably beautiful and is slightly elevated in the middle of vineyards. Just as you imagine rural Italy: quiet, idyllic and enchanting. The accommodation is super easy to find and is the perfect starting point for many activities. Whether city trips like Venice, Verona or Padua, everything is easy to reach by car or train. Numerous hiking trails complete the region for the perfect holiday. Casa Cantia is located in the courtyard of an old villa and the cool stone walls and the location in the midst of nature and the vineyards make it a true oasis of peace. The rural charm of the apartment was reinterpreted in a new and modern way, incredibly beautiful details and we lacked nothing. Luigi was the perfect host; super friendly, helpful and more than accommodating. The holiday at Casa Cantia far exceeded our expectations.

The place was just outside the city center so it was quiet but just a 3 minute walk to all the action. Verona is beautiful and the property is truly amazing. We will be back.

We had a great stay with Stephano who was very polite, attentive and helpful. Our focus was cycling and the storage for our bikes was excellent.

The apartment is located in an enchanted park, a scenery that you will hardly get otherwise. However, the noise of the passing, busy road in the park or on the terrace can be heard clearly. However, all this is made up for by the beautiful and with appealing old furniture, the large apartment is made up for. We felt very comfortable and made excursions to Padua, Vicenza and Ferrara.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Giulio’s Brickhouse! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed, and the attention to detail throughout the property was impressive. Back yard was huge so we could play some footbal and pool nearby was perfect to hang out during hot days. The location was perfect—close to crowdy Verona that we wanted to see, yet peaceful and quiet at the property. I especially appreciated how responsive and friendly the host was; communication was clear, timely, and helpful throughout all our stay. You can really tell they care about creating a great experience for their guests. Whether you’re visiting for work or relaxation, this place is a gem. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

The villa was well equipped, the garden was big and despite being in the hill the seating area was well thought through and we used it a lot. There was plenty of parking and the view from the balcony is just something else! Our two dogs loved running around the secure garden! We would definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for piece and quiet, and don't mind walking up the hill 😁

We had an amazing vacation. I can 100% recommend staying there. We booked the villa for 15 people and had plenty of space. The house offers a large kitchen and common area as well as many separate bed and bathrooms. The kitchen is perfect for preparing food for large groups and there are supermarktes nearby to buy groceries. Our highlight however was definitely the outside area including the huge garden, pool and tennis/ soccer court. The hosts and all staff were super friendly and helpful. Communcation before the stay was excellent and in the house there are also great recommendations for daytrips, beaches, places to shopping or food ordering.

We had a great time at the place. Especially the outdoor area with pool and grill was our favorite place. The cute dog on the premises also enriched our vacation. Due to the great location of the house, we had the perfect mix of tranquility and proximity to great destinations, such as Verona or Lake Garda. Communication with Simone was very good. 🙂

Our group was a large group of 9 adults attending an event for the weekend. The rental was perfect for us. This is a beautiful spacious house, It was very well equipped for taking meals at the house and perfectly clean. The location was fantastic, a very short stroll to the beach, close by to mini market and bakery, pharmacy and several restaurants. The hosts were responsive when we needed to ask questions and there were helpful suggestions and notices around the house. I would highly recommend this house.

Had a wonderful stay. The outdoor area is a dream. Here and there something would have to be repaired or replaced and the lake is neither suitable for swimming nor fishing, but the pool made up for all that. Very happy to come back!

Manuela was a very friendly, helpful and attentive hostess. She gave us great tips in advance and informed us about everything important. She answered questions very quickly and tried to meet all needs. Your house is exactly as in the photos and in the description. We felt very comfortable at her place. Everything was clean and well maintained. The garden and pool were also great. We would go back there any time. Lake Garda can be reached in a few minutes by car, as well as various shopping facilities and restaurants. Thank you very much for the pleasant stay :)

We had a lovely stay & the villa was beautiful & everything you could of asked for. Michela was lovely, very friendly and always around to answer any questions. The pool was cold but enjoyed it on the warm days. Easy bus route to lazise but the buses were not always reliable. I would definitely recommend it to other families, plenty of room inside & outside. This apartment was just perfect! It was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately left a positive impression. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. All the necessary amenities were provided, including bicycles, which gave us a lot of pleasure. Especially child-friendly, with lots of play opportunities nearby. The only downside was the beds, which were a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, a great place for a family vacation – we will be happy to come back!

Fabulous place. Had everything we needed for a family holiday. Kids loved the pool. We loved the amazing view. We hired a car so was easy to get down to the lake. Would recommend and love to return . Moritz replied very quickly when we needed information

The villa is very large and has a rustic charm to it. We had a large family gathering and it was perfect. A lot of space and the garden/yard is massive. The deck and table outside just off the kitchen was great especially with three young children. Surrounding area is wonderful and the villa fits perfectly in that context. The proximity to Padova and Venice is a plus too. Our host was always very kind and very responsive. Easy check in and check out. It was a very nice stay for us.

The photos do not do this listing justice. You will stay in a piece of family history that is imposing to say the least. With its hidden location among the trees, in the middle of vineyards, it is really a dream place. Tommaso and Ela are fantastic hosts and ready to arrange things for you or provide information when needed. Very pleasant people.

We never had an Airbnb experience like this before. Besides the beautiful, spacious house and the even more beautiful garden, Valeria and Maura couldn't be more welcoming & heartful. When we arrived, we were greeted with a warm welcome as well as a selection of food for breakfast, even a bottle of Prosecco. The house was so clean, especially considering the Villa's size and the location is perfect to really relax and enjoy. We definitely want to come again and would recommend it 100%.

What a great house, this is really a gem. We were warmly welcomed by Barbara who gave us a tour of the house. Everything looked spic and span, clean and well maintained. Barbara also helped us order a pizza in Italian and inquire about a wine tasting. The swimming pool is also very nice and the sunbeds are really of a good quality. We had a really great time.
