Giulia è stata molto disponibile per l'orario di checkin, già sul posto appena arrivati. Ci ha mostrato l'appartamento e dato alcuni consigli. È stata molto disponibile a cambiarci subito la coperta quando gli abbiamo comunicato che avevamo avuto caldo la notte. Appartamento come da foto. Lo consiglio come punto di appoggio; noi siamo labbiamo scelto per fare un operazione agli occhi alla clinica di Poggibonsi, a 5 minuti di macchina. Nei giorni successivi ci siamo spostati comodamente a San Giminiano, Certaldo, Siena, Monteriggioni e Firenze.

Our stay at Mariella's beautiful home was a highlight of our five week trip throughout Italy. Peacefully situated between Florence and Siena, this villa offers a welcoming respite from the hustle and bustle of the cities. It was also super convenient to the vineyards throughout Chianti. Waking up every morning to the sunrise views over the valley and enjoying a glass of wine in the evening were the perfect beginning and ending to each day. The pool was even larger than we imagined and provided days of entertainment sprinkled in during a week of sightseeing and wine tasting. I cannot recommend this home, location, or host enough. You will NOT be disappointed!

Absolutely stunning views of Tuscany, a must book for the first time in the city. I loved every second of it, it is the best location and you are in the heart of the city

This is an incredible property to stay at in the Tuscany region of Italy. The room was large and with a very comfortable bed. The bathroom was spacious and clean. The property itself is gorgeous with a great swimming pool and views of the surrounding area. The breakfast was ‘okay’. Small selection and on mornings where all the other guests eat at the same time they ran out of items quickly and were slow to restock. Communication is also ‘okay’. Holidu is the Airbnb host but there are on site staff as well so there isn’t really a direct line of contact to the actual ‘host’. But when we asked the on site staff for help they were very friendly and helped as quick as they could. If you are planning to walk into San Gimignano be prepared for a healthy walk. It’s very doable (we are 31years old) but if you can’t comfortably walk ~20min (up hill going into town) you’ll want to drive and parking can be a nightmare. All in all, fantastic Airbnb and would recommend.

Loved Rosanna’s place, there was everything we needed and even food/wine there on my late arrival! The place was in THE BEST location and the view from the quiet terrace was perfect. Aircon worked a dream and it was great value for money. It’s in a beautiful part of the town and Le Vecchie Mura was a perfect restaurant 2 mins away. Totally recommend staying here; the place and town are magical.

Siamo stati benissimo nella nostra sosta di tre giorni, viaggiando in 5 (due adulti e tre adolescenti). Appartamento molto carino e curato nei dettagli, arredato con gusto e completo di tutto. Pulizia ottima, bellissima la piscina con visita su S Gimignano e le sue colline. Zona tranquilla ma comoda per visitare i dintorni. Andrea sempre disponibile e tempestivo nelle risposte. Abbiamo molto apprezzato l'alto standard di ospitalità. Consigliamo.

The place is just perfect, peaceful and beautiful, yet very close to San Gimignano ( 6 minutes drive), Sienna, Pienza, Florence, Montepulciano, Lucca, Volterra. The house is pretty, the view breathtaking. a large garden was loved by our dog. We would love to come back one day. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Thank you!

Marcos place was ideally situated in Poggibonsi old town. We used it as a base to visit San Gimignano by bus (130) perfectly guided to by the information/bus ticket shop and at 5 euros return was the perfect way to see the countryside and get to and from. We also went to Siena by bus as the train times didn’t suit which actually was a good option as bus station is literally in centre. What a wonderful city! We experienced this all during a heatwave of 35oC and a quick message to Marco regarding fans for the accommodation and they were immediately set up. Also there was a co-op supermarket just up the road for supplies. Amazing restaurant 1 minute walk away - Bazzino. Stunning food in a quirky square. Maybe a bit tatty around area but marcos apartment was beautifully decorated and immaculately clean.
