Was a beautiful home to celebrate a 40th with friends and family. Highly recommend

The villa is beautiful and the host Cesare is incredible. And I mean incredible. We have had excellent hosts before but he is beyond belief. He even helped us when there was a train strike by picking us up in Florence. He is warm, responsive, friendly, funny. He answered every text in a minute. Family with kids went and the place is beautiful, spacious and the pool is large and fabulous. It was the best week of our vacation. We also had a wonderful cooking class at the villa that Cesare recommended. Gabriella was so much fun. Florence is 30 minute car or a train ride but we always took train. We hope we can return.

We (2 couples) had a wonderful time at the Lazy Oak Villa. The booklet in the house had great recommendations for dinner in Loro Ciuffenna. We did wine tastings at 2 family vineyards located very close to the villa- Morandi Organic Winery with Denis and Società Agricola Caspriano with Simona. Highly recommend both. One of our couples was celebrating an anniversary and Mario arranged for a chef to come to the villa and prepare a traditional Tuscan meal. It was beyond words! The pool was pristine and such a great bonus with the summer heat.

La Vignaccia is wonderful. We were a family of 6 adults plus a baby, and the set up was great for spending time together but also having plenty of space. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking for a large group and the many private spaces were very relaxing. Working remotely was possible with the wifi but not super strong for calls. However there is 5G around the house, so hot spotting from a window worked fine.

Sometimes you’re lucky to find a great place, and other times a great host—but with this villa, we hit the jackpot and got both. From the moment we booked, Francesco was in touch and incredibly attentive. He went above and beyond to help us celebrate a birthday in our group, organizing flowers, balloons, and a cake for the occasion. He welcomed us in person with a fresh pizza, a fantastic bottle of wine, and garden picked plums. Every morning, he delivered the best pastries we had in Italy and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and wineries. Villa Tonacato, a charming residence, itself is a private, beautifully maintained property with modern updates, including a well-equipped kitchen, stylish bathrooms, and thoughtful amenities. It’s about a 10–12 minute drive from the charming town of Monte San Savino, which has a lively restaurant scene worth exploring. We had a fantastic stay and are already looking forward to coming back.

Great place to stay. Excellent communication, went above and being to ensure our stay was exceptional. Deborah even bought a pasta machine for us to use for our evening meal - which was really appreciated. It was a great week.

Barbara’s place was above and beyond our expectations in every way! If you are looking for a place to stay in this general area, don’t hesitate! Barbara was a wonderful host and all the instructions were very clear. The kitchen is very well stocked and we cooked all of our dinners there as we were traveling with a baby. We spent a lot of time hanging out as a family and there was more than enough room for us and both sets of grandparents. The home is very well situated and we loved exploring. There are so many great restaurants in the area. I can’t over state the beauty of the area and the house itself…my family is already dreaming about coming back!

This was my second stay at Cristiana's place and again, it exceeded expectations. The views from the home are pure Tuscany. Christiana is a generous host, providing a fully equipped kitchen, local olive oil to sample while there, and very comfortable, clean living spaces. As a host, Cristiana went above and beyond helping us with a difficult travel situation. She was prompt with her communications, researched solutions for us, and provided resources to help make our stay enjoyable. I can't thank her enough. I hope to return again next year.

The Villa was the perfect restful break for our group of two families traveling throughout Italy. Michele met us at check in to go over all of the details of the house, which was so welcoming and helpful. We loved the gorgeous views, the relaxing pool, and grilling and eating outside. The small pizza restaurant just down the street was wonderful as well. It was easily accessible by city bus to and from Siena. We highly recommend!

Our wedding at Villa Cini was truly magical. The venue’s blend of natural beauty and elegance provided the perfect backdrop for our stay during the week and our special day. The gardens and stunning views created a fairy tale atmosphere and allowed to us have both an Indian wedding and an Italian Civil one. The arches ballroom, offered a romantic and inviting ambiance. We are incredibly grateful to have a chosen a place which has passed down for generations and has such a heartfelt attention to detail. If you're looking for a dream wedding venue and a beautiful place to stay then look no further than Villa Cini.

Caroline's villa was absolutely stunning. We visited as a family of 8 adults and it was even more beautiful in person. It's completely private with amazing views all around. It's also in a great location to visit other picturesque villages nearby with a car. The pool was a great addition to combat the Tuscan heat. As this is in the countryside, be aware that there will be insects and wildlife. We came across a snake and a scorpion, but that's not an issue with the house, but rather the natural environment. The property manager Bianca greeted us upon arrival. She was super friendly and helpful with tips. And Caroline left us super detailed recommendations for restaurants, itineraries, and wineries. She was always available and friendly. We had an amazing time and would definitely visit again!

The property was comfortable, spacious and spotlessly clean. The owners of the property , Claudio and Angelica, are helpful and delightful. However, the “host” BoMVillas , who acts as a middleman, was rude and disrespectful when we had a miscommunication. I would not make another booking that was offered by BoMVillas.

Stefania was super nice to wait for us despite we were later for 3 hours. Her house was very beautiful and lots of space for 10 of us. Everyone can have their own space on the balcony or terrace. Can have BBQ too. House was very well equipped with everything that we expected. Had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Foi uma estadia dos sonhos. Sem dúvidas, foi uma das melhores viagens da minha vida. Pude aproveitar dias incríveis junto com minha família em uma casa maravilhosa, com uma vista incrível, e ainda aproveitei indicações que o Gigi nos deu sobre a cidade e arredores.

The views from Janine’s villa are breathtaking and pictures don’t do it justice. It was so quiet and peaceful, a little slice of heaven. We visited with our two boys (5 and 10) who loved the pool and the spaciousness of the home and the grounds. Being so close to Panzano was the best perk because we were within a 7 minute drive to town for great restaurants, simple groceries, and pastries (as opposed to other villas that require a longer drive to get anywhere to eat/visit). A great base for exploring the surrounding area as well, and an easy day trip to Florence. There are excellent wineries within a 3 minute drive! Janine was a lovely, kind, and helpful host and gave us tips for local restaurants as well as places for our trip to Florence. It was very hot during our stay but the fans were enough to keep cool at night and we didn’t turn on the A/C. We stumbled across this little gem and if you’re lucky enough to do so as well, you will be swept up by the magic of the views and villa.

Mein Aufenthalt war einfach nur fantastisch!🥰 Das Haus ist wunderschön – mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet und richtig gemütlich. Man merkt sofort, dass hier jemand mit Herz dabei ist. Alles war super sauber, die Lage perfekt und die Atmosphäre total entspannt. Ich hab mich vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt.🏠😍 Ein ganz großes Dankeschön an die Gastgeberin – sie war unglaublich herzlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, falls man eine Frage hatte. Die Kommunikation lief total unkompliziert und freundlich. Man spürt einfach, dass ihr wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wohlfühlen.❤️ Es war wirklich ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt – ich werde noch lange daran zurückdenken. Würde jederzeit wiederkommen und kann es nur weiterempfehlen!

Es war für uns als kleine Familie mit einem kleinkind ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Unsere Tochter liebte das Haus und die Umgebung. Trotz kurzen Aufenthalt fühlten sich die Tage wie zwei Wochen Ferien an. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Die Gastgeberin war proaktiv und hat uns in allem was wir benötigt hatten unterstützt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt bei Beatrice und Alessandro. Es ist ein wunderbarer Ort um Urlaub zumachen! Wir werden definitiv wieder kommen!

Villa Febea is the most magical place, perfect for a large family gathering and celebration. It is gorgeous, comfortable, practical and in a great location. We were given first-class treatment and felt at home and well taken care of. We were given guidance and advice on the planning of our stay over the course of many months, so when we arrived at the villa, everything fell into place perfectly. The owners offer a large selection of services and excursions and can help with just about anything. We had fantastic dinners organized for us at the villa, and we highly recommend the pasta making class followed by dinner, which was one of many highlights. We loved the place, the staff and our whole experience. A holiday and celebration to remember forever!

We could not have asked for a more beautiful setting to celebrate my partner’s 40th birthday. Our week was perfectly balanced between visiting nearby Montalcino wineries & surrounding villages, a day trip to Siena, and lazing about the pool & villa. Monica was kind, generous & helpful from the time of booking. She accommodated all requests and even left a gift for my partner to celebrate his birthday! Will be back! Would rate this 6 stars if we could.

Vi hadde et fantastisk opphold i villaen. Et moderne hus i rolige omgivelser med vakker utsikt. Brigitta var svært hjelpsom og svarte raskt på våre henvendelser både før og under oppholdet.

Wij verbleven last minute in het grote huis van Bernardino met onze 2 honden. We hadden veel meer ruimte dan we nodig hadden maar hebben genoten van het geweldige huis. Het was schoon, compleet en sfeervol ingericht. Het grote zwembad voor ons alleen was een kadootje en heerlijke verkoeling op de hete dagen. Je kan er heerlijk vertoeven en hebt veel privé ruimte. De ruimte is niet afgezet met hekken dus wel belangrijk dat je daar rekening mee houdt als je honden mee hebt. Een enkele keer kom je de paar andere gasten tegen op het gezamenlijke pleintje, maar verder heeft iedereen een eigen ruimte. 's Avonds waren de vuurvliegjes een feestje en hebben we enkele herten en wilde zwijnen mogen zien. Racefietsers; de toegangsweg is een uitdaging op de racefiets maar prima te belopen. De omgeving verder is geweldig om te fietsen. Er zijn genoeg gezellige dorpjes en eetgelegenheden in de buurt maar bij je eigen accomodatie heb je echte rust. Wij komen erg graag weer terug!

Alessandro sempre foi ágil e gentil nas conversas. O local é maravilhoso, lindo!! A casa é grande, os cômodos também!! Super recomendo e espero um dia voltar!
