Keep it simple at this peaceful & centrally-located place. A 2BR House with a beautiful front patio where you can enjoy a morning coffee. Wi-Fi & AC in every BR. Very safe neighborhood. We are in the heart of Montecristi. Steps away from Disco Oceano Club and a 15 minute walk to other liquors, restaurants, supermarkets, museums, etc. 10 minute drive to “El Morro” Beach where you can experience the beauty of “el zapato” a naturally formed rock in the shape of a shoe. 5 minute drive to “El Reloj”

The house was the Home of 3 generations of la Familia Santos de la Cruz. In 2020 we decided to renovate it and place it on vacational rental so other people could experienced the warm feeling of our "Home" where we created so many memories. It is a comfortable space of 4 bedrooms with queen size beds big enough for 2 people. Has a perfect location: 5 minutes from beach El Morro and Malecón. We have a Gacebo with BBQ available to enjoy Beautiful Montecristi Nights and El Parque del Reloj View.

It is a beautiful place and it is as it is in the image, keep in mind that it is located in a not very comfortable place and it is rocky and difficult to get to, also in the stay we had inconveniences such as that the light went away and the water also left, but the other thing is excellent, only the location that was very difficult to reach and apart that it was not street or anything was land and holes
