House holiday rentals in Monte Belo

The stay was very good. The property met our needs and the best one is that it was very close to the Federal Institute of the South of Minas, where there was the event we attended. The house is monitored by cameras (including the pool) and electric fence. It has a stove, barbecue, fridge with freezer, microwaves, TV, wi-fi, is complete. The host responded very quickly to messages and gave tips of restaurants, delivery etc. It just wasn't better because we didn't take advantage of the pool because of the rain and the lack of time.

Home in an amazing location, a lush landscape, plenty of peace and quiet. House exactly like the listing. Andrea was a very helpful host, always at the disposal of all questions and made us comfortable. It was a really nice weekend. We'll be back for sure, an ideal place to rest🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 Thank you Andrea

Claudete was a very solicited host, polite and concerned about our stay. The house is undergoing some renovations to improve the outdoor area, however, it does not hinder the stay and use of leisure and accommodation.

I would like to share my feedback about hosting at the home of Dona Vânia. We were hosted for 3 days and 2 nights. The house is compact, but it offers a great organization of the environments, being clean and well-structured. The presence of two bathrooms was a plus, and the house had everything we would need, as in our own residence. The suite is spacious, with a privileged view. The pool area is very cozy, ideal for lunch, relax or take a pool bath while enjoying the view of the dam and the infinity edge. This environment conveys a sense of peace, and for those who like to see the sunset, the place is perfect. We made good friendships with the neighbors, who were very receptive. The only point to improve is the dirt road, which can be a bit challenging, especially for low cars. Although not impossible, the road is not great. It is also important to take everything you may need because, because it is in a condominium, there are no groceries

Host Wagner served us well, explained everything about the site and helped them in what was possible, the house is super spacious and equipped. We love the place.

Taty was a sweet,speechless,all according to the announcement and a little better myself and my family felt at home, it was all wonderful!!! I plan to come back.

The hostess was friendly and requests for everything we need! but we had some complications during the stay, such as the clogged vessel and lack of water, in addition the absence of some basic utensils (e.g.glasses) from the kitchen were greatly missed

I had a great stay! The place is exactly as in the photos, very well cleaned and organized, a very quiet and cozy place. Communication with the host was super easy, always attentive, polite and quick to respond. I highly recommend it!!

Lia was very friendly and attentive. The house is exactly as in the pictures and has an amazing view! The neighborhood is quiet and the room is very dark at night, which contributes to a peaceful sleep. By chance we took a cloudy day, but the house has a swimming pool and sauna. I just wish they were a little more attentive in cleaning, since the pool needed to be vacuumed and there was a dirty underwear in the sauna.

I really liked the place, it felt like home! Ceila always very attentive to everything I needed, the very complete house and the very large space made us enjoy it a lot.
