Excellent place to share with family and friends just 10 minutes from Olon beach if you are walking. Accessibility to order taxis with good rates to nearby places as a mountaineer!! Overall a nice experience!!

Martha and Gustavo were very friendly and responsive to all communication. The apartment was cozy and cool (good AC) and the bed was comfortable. The apartment was a 3 minute walk from the beach. I can highly recommend this location.

We loved Eduardo's place is really very close to the beach and is comfortable and beautiful. Definitely like returning a few days with family and friends. Eduardo was always very friendly and willing to help us with everything. Thank you!!!

We had a wonderful stay! The place was very nice and absolutely clean. We were particularly enthusiastic about the great outdoor kitchen – it was superbly equipped and had everything you need for cooking. Mario was a great host: very helpful, friendly and gave us many valuable tips about the place, including recommendations for great restaurants. The beach is only 4-5 minutes' walk away - perfect for surfing or just relaxing. Ayampe itself is a very special, magical place that has enchanted us. We can only highly recommend the accommodation and the entire experience!

I had a really wonderful time here. It's located in a very peaceful, tranquil area, which I appreciated. A lot of beautiful nature. The home is exactly as pictured. Clean. Comfortable. I cook most of my meals, so the kitchen was nice to have. Hot shower. I work online and the wi-fi internet was really great. Antonio and his family are very nice, friendly, and polite people. There is also a very cute dog. =)

The super cozy place, everything was very clean, located in a quiet area where you can rest perfect. They have air in the living room which was ideal👌🏻. I would definitely go back to this place when I return.

Excellent place to stay while in Montañita. I did a siblings trip with and we really enjoyed the atmosphere of the house. Rustic look with all the necessities, adorable place. It’s not in the center of the city where all the noise is, so it feels private.

The house is very comfortable and spacious, the pool was in excellent condition, everything was super good.

The place is great: pretty, quiet, safe. Everything was as described, and the small pool area in front of the houses is particularly nice! The welcome is perfect (from everyone), and the communication is very effective, before, during, and after. The hosts are nice, pleasant and accommodating. In short, I would rent again without hesitation!

I enjoyed my stay at El Sitio. It was exactly what I had hoped it would be. Close to the beach and pueblo within easy walking distance to restaurants and local shops. The on site caretakers Danny and Ana were more than helpful and always available. The apartment was comfortable and clean with a small galley kitchen great airy upstairs bedroom and plenty of hot water in the compact bathroom and shower. The hosts have installed air conditioning in the bedroom but I never needed it as the floor and ceiling fans were more than adequate. The deep wading pool also provided a refreshing alternative to Ayampe's beautiful beach. I plan to return next year and am looking forward to it already. Bob Doris

We can in off season and it was our own private pool and beach! It’s a short drive to Montañita and in a gated complex with security. I felt very safe and slept super well with the sounds of the waves outside our window. We would definitely stay there again!

This is our family’s 3rd stay at this place. The wonderful views/sunsets and the beach is what this place is about. Ana María and her family made us feel very welcomed. The flat is very clean and great at accommodating our needs very close to Montañita and walking distance to Olon Main Street and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Hello! We really liked the place, it is cozy and it is closed, which helps a lot. We gave support with what was also asked. The only low point is that there is only one bathroom for 7 people, but it is something that is described in advance.
