Cottage holiday rentals in Montana

We had such a great time staying here! Cassie was very friendly, quick to respond and answered all of our questions before we even got the chance to ask them. The host are so accommodating and thoughtful. The house was better than the photos we saw. The house was not only cozy and warm but also SPOTLESS with so many cute antique pieces and things to do. Such a peaceful secluded place to spend inside and out. We also found tons to do in the resources Cassie provided us that added so much fun to our trip. Thank You Cassie!

My husband and I had a lovely time. The hot tub was clean , beautiful views, responsive host and very comfortable and gorgeous setting. Plus the chickens and orchard are a cute bonus!

Our stay was wonderful and the cottage was perfect for our needs! We will definitely consider staying again when we are passing through the area again. The hot tub was lovely, beds were comfortable, waffles delicious, mini golf was fun, communication with host was easy and helpful, and so many thoughtful details were taken care of. Much appreciation!

We absolutely adored this cottage for our honeymoon! It was so spacious, and we loved having a kitchen and laundry area to use! Yellowstone is about an honor, but we enjoyed the drive back and forth because of the landscape and animals! We also visited Big Sky and Bozeman, as they were a short drive the opposite direction! Rachel is the absolute best!!! My husband and I planned to do photos out there, and Rachel helped with photographer recommendations, coordinating with me on shipping my wedding dress, and helping with a few extra needs once we arrived! Absolute treat, and very thankful we spent our honeymoon here!

Sarah’s house is fantastic! Location was great to walk to downtown area. Place was clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The hot tub near the creek was very relaxing!

Oma’s cottage is a great place to stay in Red Lodge. The neighborhood is very safe. Walking distance on sidewalks to town, restaurants, grocery, post office, shops. It is theme decorated in keeping with its history and is spotlessly clean. Lots of towels, pillows, throws. WiFi works well. There is a lovely patio out back, and a sauna inside. Hosts are very responsive and communicative and obviously take good care of the property. In fact we met them one day when they were on the property doing yard work. We stayed here several years ago and will certainly return, Red Lodge is an excellent base to visit the beautiful Beartooth Mountains and other nearby interesting areas. We highly recommend Oma’s cottage.

Big space, great price. Definitely glad his instructions included the dinosaur otherwise gps tries to take you past. Close to town and yet secluded, I would stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the calming surroundings—the sounds of a nearby stream and the sight of towering trees—immediately set the tone for peace and quiet. The cabin itself was a charming blend of rustic and modern. With cozy interiors, a fireplace, and large windows that brought the outdoors in, it felt like the perfect home away from home. There was plenty to do, from hiking and canoeing to simply relaxing and soaking in nature’s beauty. This trip offered everything needed for a peaceful yet active vacation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Bruce and Kelly’s place! It was very private and easy to get to with beautiful views of the lake. The place itself was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely come again if we were in the area!

What a special place! It was so lovely and charming, with the mountain and the sounds of the water. Each room is so cozy, we felt like we were in our own mountain lodge. We loved our stay here so much, and wish we could have enjoyed it even longer.

Tish was fantastic! We had our own private area to bbq and access the river. The tiny home was super clean and cozy. Tish seems to have thought of everything that o make sure we had what we needed. Even bathrobes available in case we wanted to use the sauna. My kids and I loved our stay! Thank you.

I loved staying here and Noell was responsive when i texted him. I hope i can stay here when i come back in June/July.

The bunkhouse was fantastic! The beds were very comfortable and there is plenty of room to spread out. The kitchen has all of the amenities you could want and the fresh eggs were a very nice touch! We will be back!

This was my first rental experience. Couldn’t ask for anything better! House was lovely, kitchen was useful, and all the unexpectedamenities really made a difference. Ended up hiking some trails nearby that were lovely. Walking distance to so many restaurants and shops. Jill‘s place did not disappoint and, actually made the whole trip better.

It's a good place to get a good stay, just have to make sure that the cleaning crew clean as well

If you envision a home where you wake up to a plethora of deer in your front yard just grazing, this is your place! Incredibly comfortable and cozy!

Such a cute historic home. Instructions were clear and helpful, and the area was so close to historic Butte but with easy parking and so quiet and peaceful. Ample amenities and a killer price for everything! The yard was great for the doggo to stretch her legs and we appreciated a full kitchen, clean space, and cozy bed. Would HIGHLY recommend if you're staying in the area. Wish we could've stayed longer!

The host meticulously arranged and so thoughtfully prepared the house for the guests to stay. It was always surprised us that we could found some small things that we needed but forgot bringing them with us from home, such as bear spray, aluminum foil, sandwich bags, spices, etc. It is a place that you can really call it HOME!!!! Everyone of us loved it and did enjoy our staying there and we all felt that we like to come back next year! Thank you Mr and Mrs Williams.

Beautiful unique spot. Great for someone visiting the area but doesn’t want to be in the middle of the hustle and bustle. We loved how quickly we could get downtown yet still felt like we were in the nature of Montana. This is a great spot for anyone wanting to visit the area and get all the amenities of being in a nature area, yet still close to the city and not far away from the National Park.

This was one of our favorite rentals in the area. The house is so beautiful with thoughtful guest touches. We had a very last minute change of plans for our weekend so we rented a few hours before arrival. Kristina was so wonderful to rent from. Highly recommended!

I thoroughly enjoyed the serenity and amazing setting! Sunrises and sunsets were perfect, as well as the stars. Wildlife was all around, including White tailed deer, turkeys, quail, a loving barn kitty, and a lama next door. Loved this second home for me while I was there. The Bitterroot valley is a stunning place, and it far exceeded my expectations in every way. I definitely plan on returning next year!

This is the second of hopefully many stays at this place. It is the perfect headquarters for a Missouri River fishing trip. Can’t recommend it enough.

Tana’s place was the perfect place for our family to stay while in the area to see relatives. Miles City is a small town but the convenience of the home’s location was perfect and within 2 minutes of all of our family. Sweet little home with everything you need!

This property and cottage were just what we needed for one night in the Bitterroot area for a sporting event that my son attended. If we had more time we would have been staying for more nights. The beautiful drive out to the cottage was much more enjoyable than driving to any hotel in surrounding towns. Heidi’s place is worth every penny.
