La casa perfetta! Perché? Bellezza della natura e del panorama, posizione strategica, privacy, servizi esterni ed interni, pulizia, dotazioni della cucina (incluso barbecue), disponibilità, gentilezza di Annamaria e Marcello. Tutto superiore alle aspettative e migliore rispetto alle foto. La casa è cosi accogliente che potresti starci giorni senza uscirne. Noi siamo golfisti e abbiamo apprezzato la vicinanza al golf dell’Argentario. Abbiamo anche approfittato dei preziosi suggerimenti di Annamaria riguardo a spiagge, ristoranti e giro in barca con Paolo, amabile marinaio con cui abbiamo visto spiagge altrimenti irraggiungibili e fatto bagni indimenticabili in alto mare. Insomma 10 giorni meravigliosi, una vacanza di assoluto relax circondati dalla bellezza della natura. Non perdetevi questa opportunità.

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Our family had a wonderful stay here and really appreciated the host's flexibility and responsiveness. The location is amazing; a 30 second walk gets you to the lake, 2 minutes gets you to the local restaurants and shops. The house was spacious and comfortable and at an amazing value. I hope we can visit again!

Wir waren fast eine ganze Woche in Danielas Wohnung und haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, alles da, sogar Olivenöl stand für uns bereit. Die Fotos weren der Wohnung nicht gerecht, sie ist besser. Das Bad ist ganz neu reoviert und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Größe war für uns perfekt - wir waren zu zweit. Das allerbeste ist die riesige Süd/West Terrasse mit einer wunderbaren Aussicht incl. Sunset! Daniela war imer erreichbar und die Kommunikation war mit ihr war sehr einfach. Sie ist eine sehr gute Gastgeberin - wir hoffen, bald wieder zu kommen und empfehlen ihre Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Wegen eines Bahnstreiks konnten wir leider erst Abends einchecken und wurden deshalb sogar mit dem Auto vom Bahnhof abgeholt! Die Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sauber und gepflegt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Strand, Bahnhof und Supermarkt zu Fuß zu erreichen. Wird würden jederzeit wieder in diese Tolle Wohnung kommen!

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

Casa molto bella e funzionale, arredamenti e complementi d'arredo molto particolari. Terrazzo e camere con affaccio sul mare, si rimane senza parole. Un ringraziamento a Lavinia che ci ha seguito per l'intero soggiorno anche se non c'è stato nessun problema, tutto perfetto. Vacanza indelebile.

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Ottimo soggiorno Bellissima località, molto privata e tranquilla specialmente a giugno. Ideale per famiglie. Un appartamento molto comodo e piacevole, con una vista spettacolare. Un Grazie a Mauro, sempre molto gentile e disponibile.

Laura si è dimostrata un host molto attento e gentile. Disponibile per ogni richiesta di chiarimento e eventuale necessità di intervento. Abbiamo avuto un piccolo inconveniente con le chiavi del cancello esterno prontamente risolto. Ha fornito tutte le indicazioni necessarie all'ingresso in casa ed alle attività nei dintorni. E' stato un soggiorno confortevole e rilassante... proprio quello che cercavamo!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage bei Andrea. Das Haus ist sehr schön und praktisch eingerichtet. Man hat eine schöne Veranda um zu essen und zu entspannen. Die Gastgeber Andrea und auch andere auf dem Grundstück sind sehr nett und helfen gerne. Wir haben Tomaten, Trauben etc. Aus dem eigenen Anbau bekommen und unser Sohn durfte bei der Weinlese helfen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und man hat von dort eine tolle Aussicht aufs Meer. Ein SandStrand ist in 3min mit dem Auto erreichbar - einziges Problem man muss aufgrund von Einbahnstraßen einen Riesen Umweg zurück fahren. Die Umgebung ist zwar schön aber man kann wenig unternehmen und muss weit zu einem größeren Laden fahren. Aber alles in allem ein toller Urlaub!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

We had a magical stay! This was the best space by far with an amazing location by the beach and restaurants. The accommodations and friendliness by Lorenzo and Michela were incredible. The house is a work of art and we made the best memories with relaxation and fun. Thank you so much to Lorenzo and Michela!!! Absolutely fantastic!

Amazing space all al round. Great walking distance to anything you need, close by to the airport. So clean, comfy bed, and a very helpful and responsive host!

Belle petite maison de plage à quelques pas de la mer et d’un Beach club avec terrains de volleyball. Située à 10 minutes de l’aéroport, donc pratique pour un début ou fin de séjour. Celle-ci permet de coucher confortablement 4 personnes (2 lits double) et offre les commodités nécessaires pour un court séjour confortable et agréable. Gaia était une hôte sympathique et a l’écoute de nos besoins.

La casa si trova in una ottima posizione, molto tranquilla ma anche vicinissima al centro di Porto Santo Stefano, pulizia impeccabile. Fabiana e suo marito Mauro sono stati perfetti, reattivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste senza mai farci mancare niente (con un atteggiamento molto gentile e premuroso). ci tengo a sottolineare l'impegno che ci hanno messo per farci sentire come a casa e ad accomodare ogni tipo di richiesta, sicuramente super consigliato per chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza a Porto Santo Stefano

Abbiamo soggiornato in cinque per dieci giorni nella casa di Cinzia e abbiamo trovato l'alloggio confortevole e ben distribuito. La camera matrimoniale con il bagno privato è il massimo. L'alloggio, di recente ristrutturato, era pulitissimo e con tutta l'attrezzatura necessaria sia per la cucina che per il resto. La zona esterna con un arredamento completo e curato, permette di godersi pranzi, cene e relax nel giardino perfettamente ombreggiato. Vicinissimo alla spiaggia a mezz'ora di cammino dal paese è il luogo ideale per chi ama la tranquillità. Cinzia ha risposto immediatamente alle nostre richieste con cura e gentilezza. Che dire non potevamo chiedere di meglio. Da consigliare veramente.

Der Aufenthalt im Apartment von Maria hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sie liegt oberhalb von Pitigliano mit einer tollen Terrasse mit herrlichem Blick über die ganze Gegend. Maria ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin, wir können diese Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

We needed a place to stay, close to the Rome Airport, the night before our departure from Italy. Fabrizio and Annamarie's place was just PERFECT. A lovely seaside cottage which provided us with the just the place we needed to rest and relax from a lovely and wonderful trip to Italy (and Greece). We found a beautiful restaurant on the beach which gave us a GREAT final meal in Italy. We were able to watch the sunset into the ocean and it was magical. The cottage had a very comfortable bed and a great shower facility. The living room area was a great place just to kick back. Our only regret? We wish that we could have stayed longer!!! We would give Fabrizio and Annamarie 10 stars if we could because they definitely gave of more than a five star experience!
