Beach house holiday rentals in Montalto Marina

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

Everything as expected: great location, spacious apartment for couples, very nice hosts, we will definitely be back.

The accommodation was really nice, both outside for its location in the oldest part of Trevignano Romano, and inside with a very cozy decor and respectful of the type of environment. Inside we found all the promised comforts and Host Ambra was really kind and helpful. Definitely recommend

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

Place beyond expectations. We immediately felt at home and the beautiful yard is a great place for our kid to run free and explore and for us to have lovely chats with the other guests. On top of that, there's plenty of space to eat out and enjoy the evening breeze and Stella's (the dog) sweet company. The house is spacious, cool and spotless and Cristina and Paolo are friendly, helpful, present and yet, never invasive. Nearest beaches both, private and public at a walking distance and if you have a car you can easily reach the most beautiful spots along the Tuscan coast. Highly recommended!

We really liked the view from the terrace, something incredible, the variety is suitable for housing. Very friendly owner quickly answered our questions, very friendly and knows her job. We are delighted with the location. The only thing this accommodation needs is Wi-Fi and air conditioning. For us, the Internet was a problem we came from Canada because we had no connection. But we liked everything else very much! Thanks to the owner and the member sincere congratulations!

Unfortunately, due to a train strike, we were only able to check in in the evening and were therefore even picked up by car from the train station! The furnishings of the apartment leave nothing to be desired, clean and maintained. The location is perfect to walk to the beach, train station and supermarket. Will come back to this great apartment any time!

Great and clean place exactly as described. Antonella and David provided very clear instructions on rides for arrival and check in/check out which was helpful. Would highly recommend.

One of the best views you will find! Place is clean and comfortable. AC in every room and worked well. Probably the best washer dryer we had in Italy :) Incredibly responsive host. Highly recommend!

Just as described. The home was comfortable and charming. Nicola was great in communicating. she was very accommodating when we arrived earlier than expected and let us drop our luggage off so we could explore the city. If you need a place to stay before or after a cruise I highly recommend staying here.

Laura was a very attentive and kind host. Available for any requests for clarification and any need for intervention. We had a small inconvenience with the keys to the external gate promptly resolved. She has provided all the necessary directions for entering the house and activities in the surroundings. It was a comfortable and relaxing stay... just what we were looking for!

We had wonderful days at Andrea's place. The house is very nice and practically furnished. You have a nice porch to eat and relax. The hosts Andrea and also others on the property are very nice and happy to help. We got tomatoes, grapes, etc. From our own cultivation and our son was allowed to help with the grape harvest. The pool is very clean and you have a great view of the sea from there. A sandy beach can be reached in 3 minutes by car - the only problem you have to drive back a huge detour due to one-way streets. The surroundings are beautiful but you can do little and have to drive far to a larger shop. But all in all a great vacation!

From the window....the sea! We had a wonderful vacation in the apartment in Cala Piccola, in the Argentario. The location is simply perfect, surrounded by nature and with a breathtaking view of the sea. The private beach is a real gem, with crystal clear waters and a quiet atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

You will be hard pressed to find a better host! Alessandro has been a perfect host for us, always very willing to inform and give tips and recommendations. He responds immediately, so you can be sure to not be stranded waiting for assistance or answers. We stayed for one week at their family place in Monte Argentario, with the most beautiful view from the balcony. The place is a bit worn down, but we felt at home and enjoyed our stay to the fullest. We give Alessandro our highest recommendations, and would not hesitate to choose him again.

Great place for our travel plans! Gaia was a great host and made everything very easy. Apt was in convent location for us to walk around the cityas well as use our rental car to explore the region. We used public parking near by (no charge in evening from 8pm-8am) with no issues….and much cheaper than stadium parking. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area.

The house is in a great location, very quiet but also very close to the center of Porto Santo Stefano, impeccable cleanliness. Fabiana and her husband Mauro were perfect, responsive in responding to our requests without ever making us miss anything (with a very kind and caring attitude). I want to emphasize the commitment they put in to make us feel at home and accommodate any type of request, certainly super recommended for anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Porto Santo Stefano

We stayed in Cinzia's house for five to ten days and found the accommodation comfortable and well distributed. The double bedroom with a private bathroom is the best. The recently renovated accommodation was very clean and had all the necessary equipment for both the kitchen and the rest. The outdoor area, with its complete and well-kept furnishings, allows you to enjoy lunches, dinners and relaxation in the perfectly shaded garden. Very close to the beach, a half-hour walk from the village, it is the ideal place for those who love tranquility. Cinzia responded immediately to our requests with care and kindness. What can I say, we couldn't have asked for better. Highly recommended.

We spent 2 weeks in June at Maria's. The handover of the apartment worked smoothly. The apartment has a beautiful view. It is very clean and modern. We had over 30 degrees every day and were very happy about the many shadows on the terrace, the light wind and the outdoor shower. At the table on the terrace you can eat perfectly and the chairs and loungers invite you to read and chill. The apartment is very quiet. You can walk to the old town with many restaurants and bars in 10 minutes. To the beach you need a leisurely 25-30 min. through the old town. Supermarkets can be reached in 5 minutes by car. On departure, we were even allowed to check out after noon.

Emanuel's place is located in very peaceful area, away from the noise but close to the beach and everything you will need.

This is one of the best Air B&Bs ever. My family needed a place to stay for one night before an early morning flight. After seeing the horrible reviews for the airport hotels I started looking at other options. Fabrizio's place is perfect! It was super clean, 2 bathrooms with showers, and 3 beds. There were snacks and water waiting for us, plus the apartment is stocked with anything you'd need to cook. The best part is that it's right on the beach - within feet from a sandwich restaurant / bar which has bathrooms and rents umbrellas and chairs. And there's a full restaurant on the next beach over (5 minute walk). Fabrizio and Annamaria responded quickly to all of my questions, allowed us to check in early due to availability and arranged for a shared shuttle to take us to the airport in the morning. Wish we could have stayed here a few days longer!
