Holiday rentals with a pool in Montady

We had a great stay. Romain is a responsive, friendly, and patient host. His place is exactly as pictured and was relatively easy to find. You’ll need to rely on a rental car or taxi service for the location. Not ideal for people with mobility issues as only one room is on the bottom floor. The other rooms are accessible via a slim staircase. Two rooms are situated near each other with three rooms total in the main part of the house. The other two you access by walking in the courtyard. The space was great for our needs as we were several families traveling together, total of 9 people. We had the space to eat and spend time together while also have some time apart during our trip. A large grocery store is less than 10 minutes away. Béziers train station is roughly 12 minutes away. Romain met us for both check in and check out times and was flexible when our party had different arrival times. I’d recommend Romain’s place to anyone looking for a lovely holiday.

We had a great time at Paul's house. The view is magnificent, the pool is also. The living and dining area is open and bright and very suitable for groups. Also the division of the bedrooms. You have the option to withdraw if you wish. Paul was always available and gave us helpful tips. His father was also very friendly. Both speak good English. We will be happy to come back anytime!

Needless to say more than PERFECT! The house is large, clean and very bright and the host is very kind and responsive . Special mention for the huge stay and the 10/10 pool….

From the moment I booked Celine was so helpful with messaging before arrival. When we did arrive her wonderful warm welcome was so lovely to experience after a long journey. She was so kind and made sure that we knew if we needed anything she would be there, and she was. So helpful, so kind. The venue was so peaceful and the views so stunning. A true haven of peace! The house is ideally located in a quiet and relaxing setting, surrounded by olive trees, vines and animals. Its location is perfect for exploring the many activities that the area offers while enjoying a serene environment. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, offering all the essentials for a pleasant and comfortable holiday. Every detail has been thought out to ensure a carefree experience. But what makes all the difference is Patricia's exceptional hospitality. Its extreme kindness and availability make the stay even more special. A perfect host who makes it a point of honor to make his visitors happy. We strongly recommend!

Looking for a peaceful corner, with welcoming hosts and a touch of humor? While remaining discreet but very friendly? It's at Corinne and Didier's. We had a wonderful stay, in this small barrel that is more than enough since all around we had 11 hectares, a swimming pool, a petanque court with balls, but also the visit of the two dogs from time to time (adorable) and sometimes the very nice and well trained horses. We left with a 4-month-old baby and although the surface is limited, it was great, Corinne had installed a folding bed. And the bedding... top notch. We love to change places to travel but if one day we seek tranquility to settle down, this is where we will come back. Thanks again to Corinne and the faucet manager 😉 for their hospitality. We had a very pleasant weekend in this studio with a friend overlooking the beautiful pool. The residence is very quiet, 15 minutes from the beach on foot and the center. Max is welcoming and accommodating for schedules. I would highly recommend it. Béatrice

Communication with Helene was as good as it gets. She met us at the apartment and made sure we were settled in. She got back to us immediately when we had small issues or questions. And she met us upon checkout to make sure that went smoothly. The space is a bit smaller than expected, though I believe the size was stated exactly in the listing. It was incredibly clean and had everything we could need. And the balcony was nicer and had a better view of the saltmarsh than we expected. The bed was very comfortable and everything in the apartment worked well. The location, while not right by anything you would want to visit, is centrally located for all the things you might want to visit. Having the bikes completely made the trip and made accessing all areas, including the town, the beaches, and the saltmarsh, easy and pleasurable.

We had a wonderful stay at Thomasina's apartment. Truly one of the most beautiful places we have stayed at. The gardens and pool are delightful. The apartment is very well equipped, super clean and Thomasina was very welcoming and helpful with ther explanations and information. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful stay in a beautiful place.

Good quiet place to explore the area. Cities like Narbonne and Beziers nearby, beautiful hiking locations and varied beaches; from busy tourist beaches to beaches that you almost have to yourself. Apartment well equipped with necessities. A friendly landlord who is proud of his location. The street was a bit messy due to sewer or other similar work, so we had to search for a while at first. Parking is not possible directly at the apartment, but in a public parking lot, a few streets away. Delicious bakery on the square 100 meters walk

i had a pleasant stay at this place. The location is ideal for walking around the port and we have access to the pond overlooking the village and a very beautiful sunset, quite quickly also on foot (15 to 20 minutes).

If you wanting one of the great views you will find on Airbnb, don’t read any more of this review. Just book Jean’s place to stay and let the tapestry of harbour life play out before you. You won’t regret it. This is a wonderful place, homely with everything you could need for a stay. Clear instructions from Jean, a glorious welcome from Michele and the knowledge that support is always at hand make this a must-stay place, whether you want to explore the local area or just sit and watch the world go by. We will be looking to book again in the coming years and it has immediately gone to the top of our places to stay in, not only Cap d’Agde but possibly the whole region.

Very well-equipped house, very well-located, quiet. Premium Amenities. Good value for money. Friendly and attentive rental agency. We were there for 3 days at 10, and it was really great.

Everything was as described, We have really enjoyed our stay. We do recommend this place and the area in general.
