Thank you for a wonderful stay. The house was spotless, had everything we needed, and looked better than the pictures. Both the kids and adults enjoyed the amenities and we did not want to leave. I would highly recommend having your morning coffee on the back deck. The peaceful scenery, chirping birds, and morning sun is a great way to start your day.

Great stay, nicely renovated place. Quiet street, nice neighbourhood, kids biked to the park just down the street daily. pool was amazing, linens, pillows, beds super clean and comfy. Kitchen well equipped. Felt at home

La maison était très belle et l’environnement très tranquille. Tout est bien équipé et bien aménagé. La seule petite chose qui nous a un peu déplu était qu’il y avait des cheveux/poils dans un des lits à notre arrivée. La vaisselle aussi était parfois sale, mais je crois que c’est la responsabilité des anciens locataires. L’emplacement est super, près des commodités.

Our family complely enjoyed Erin's generously sized house. The indoor pool was one of the amenities that really drew us, and it didnt disappoint! Beautiful, warm, clean and the entire pool area was welcoming and comfortable. Besides that there are so many other activites; these are shown accurately in the photos. The adults enjoyed the pool table area very much in the evenings. Though we never got to using the home theatre, it was a very unique and appealing space. In general all was in good repair in this home. We loved the comfy beds and pristine linen. The kitchen was well thought out and very organized, with plenty of pots, dishes, glasses soap etc. This was a great locating to bring the family together. We would love to return again!

Dr. Brown was responsive and helpful from the minute I booked our stay. We were able to be together as a family, play pool and other activities with the home as well as get around to surrounding areas easily. It was quiet and nice to have enough bedrooms and bathrooms for all of us. Overall it was a wonderful stay and we were very thankful for that.

A Home Away From Home We stayed here from Thursday evening to Sunday, and have no complaints. Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The home is very clean, comfortable and very nicely kept. All things were well thought of and planned for our visit, nothing needed as everything is provided. Every cent paid is worth it! The hosts replies right away and is very familiar with the areas and advises very well. You can tell from the moment you arrive that everything g was well organized and thought of. We’d definitely stay here again without hesitation. Thank you for making our stay very plesant and comfortable.

A beautiful location with wonderful outside space. The lake is great for kayaking and swimming off the dock. Very good communication from the hosts.

We loved the stay, everything was perfect, just how we wanted. The serene surroundings were amazing. The place is very quiet and peaceful, perfect for a weekend getaway. The host Alex is very friendly and was easy to communicate with.

Two different choice of pillow (thicker or thinner) which was great, bed was comfortable. Slight smell of dog but understandable as it is a dog friendly chalet and the weather was rainy-humid. Kitchen is large and well equipped. Large living room area, great for children. I would recommend this chalet!

Our stay was very pleasant. The view of the lake is stunning in winter. The chalet is very cozy and comfortable for two couples or a small family. Chalet next door is a bit close, but we were lucky with good neighbors. I will definitely come back.

We had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. The location is great, close to a SAQ for any groceries. It was also very easily accessible to Downtown Ottawa. Sarah was on top of things and very friendly. The house itself was self contained and beautiful and it was exactly how it was described. Would love to stay here again!

We had a fantastic stay! It was very clean and well-maintained, with plenty of space—perfect for our large group to spread out and relax. Communication with the hosts was clear and prompt, Scott and Shelley even went out of their way to help with a special request. The amenities were excellent, and we especially loved spending time at the dock and around the beautiful fire pit in the evenings. Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a comfortable, well-equipped getaway spot with lots of room to enjoy with friends or family.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this cottage. It was clean, it had a well-stocked kitchen and comfortable rooms to sleep. The check-in process was easy and everything was easy to find in the home. Our kids loved the ping pong table. The hot tub was especially lovely as the weather was a bit cooler than we had hoped for! Again, a lovely visit and we would highly recommend. This is an excellently kept AirBnB and a really kind and thoughtful host. We had forgotten some belongings behind and were quickly notified and he offered to ship them back to us, making our life so much easier and solving a problem that could have been a headache! We will be back in the future!

What a gem! Don’t hesitate to book Magdalena’s little slice of heaven in the trees. The moment we opened the front door we felt right at home! Everything is absolutely perfect. The house is larger than it looks from the outside, with tons of space to share time or have some privacy. I brought my 16 year old for a few days to hike and relax and she LOVED having her own “wing” with the screened in porch outside her bedroom. Magdalena was so responsive and helpful, but there was absolutely nothing we needed. Check in was a breeze, the house was easy to navigate, and we loved every minute! The beds were SUPER cozy, and I was greeted by deer in the window in the morning sunrise. If you love to cook, the kitchen is fabulous with a great oven and well-equipped. We always go to Les Fougeres for a meal when we’re in town, and it’s just 5 minutes down the road. Make a reservation and check it out for a beautiful dinner! Hello Our stay at your beautiful cottage was just what was needed. The lake and surroundings are beautiful. The cottage was very comfortable with lots of space for everyone. Hottub was wonderful as was the screened in sitting area. Eerything was super clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep and cooking. I would definitely return - hopefully sooner rather than later. The restaurant in Cayamant was amazing with great food, portions and price - a nice bonus when out in the country.

We had an amazing time at Pete’s. The location was perfect, we had our own private beach. The kids enjoyed the provided kayaks and water toys. Our dogs lived in the water for 7 days. The house is much bigger than it appears in photos, and has ample room for a large family or group.

We had such an amazing time. Never a moment of "what to do next". The house was very clean and well equipped. Really all you need is a toothbrush, and you're good to go. 😆 Our nights of sitting around the campfire, playing pool, board games, and paddle boarding will forever be a memorable vacation. The amount of board games is incredible! Though to me the paddle board was everything. Laying on that board out in the middle of the water in complete silence..there's nothing like it. Such a peaceful spot. Highly recommend, and will absolutely be visiting again. Also, downtown being close, was key. Our first day was spent walking throughout the city enjoying all of the amazing architecture, Museums and visiting the ByWard Market. The amount of food and shopping is fantastic. Another must see is the Diefenbunker. We spent 3 hours touring the 4 underground levels. You have opened our eyes on just how beautiful Ottawa is, and we look forward to our next journey there.
