Nikolay is very responsive and caring. The accommodation is as described and in a good location; it allows you to take your skis and go down directly to the TS The Milky Way. Its access to the gallery is also an important and comfortable item to go shopping or go to the restaurant without having to go through the outside. There were 3 of us and had a pleasant stay.

We are very happy with our stay! A beautiful village! The accommodation is just great! It is clean, functional, very well located, the apartment is located in the heart of the village so everything nearby, you can do anything on foot. The staff is very professional and pleasant. And the view is beautiful! Mathieu always gave us clear and helpful information. Whether for the accommodation, the village where the merchants, I recommend, we recommend, without hesitation! Very pleasant stay at Philippe and Pascale's. The accommodation is ideally located, functional and very clean. The amenities such as the pool and sauna are very nice. The unobstructed view of the mountains is "whoua". We'd love to go back for the winter season again this time.

We had a great week at Philippe's place. The apartment is really close to the slopes of the Shepherds district which is very nice when you have two young children . Access to the shopping center is also very convenient (passes, shop, pharmacy, medical center, supermarket...)There is a beautiful outdoor heated pool in the residence which is very pleasant after a good day of skiing. Highly recommend this apartment.

We had a fantastic stay. We were there as a group of 6 to ride bikes. The accommodation was perfect, modern and comfortable. The facilities, including bikes storage were perfect for us. It is a serviced apartment in a classic hotel and the staff were all helpful. And the location is perfect, on the main mall in Bourg and close to classic bike rides. We really loved it and it would be my first choice for any future stay in Bourg.

We had a great week as a family with 7 people. Beautiful and well-equipped apartment where everything was available, including bed linen and towels. Close to all amenities and at a great distance for the shuttle bus to go to the ski slope. Our only downside was that it was really not well clean on arrival and especially the room/kitchen, which was also immediately indicated, but for us at that time, nothing could be done about it at that time so we went to the drink ourselves and that is not what you want after a long trip. After that, it was also good for us. I hope it will be picked up for the next tenants and then it would be really great!

Sylvie and Pascal are very welcoming and responsive hosts. We've been booking their place for two years. It feels very nice and it is well equipped. The plus is the parking space because it is difficult to park in the resort. Feel free to book their apartment.

Beautiful apartment with warm style, decorated with raw wood, located in a pleasant and well-located residence. Jean-Philippe is a welcoming and caring host. A few things to improve: the bedding could be more comfortable and we noticed some dust upon arrival. Drying laundry is complicated in the absence of dedicated equipment. In addition, the beds are not perfect for toddlers (3 and 5 years).

Had a great week with our family of 5. The apartment is a great location and we could ski to within 20 metres from the front door, literally across the road. We will be looking to book again for February 2026.

We had a pleasant stay at Alpe d'Huez. The apartment, functional and clean, has a lovely sunny terrace with pool views. It is also very well located: just a road to cross to access the foot of the slopes. The ESF and the various shops are close by. Sophie, our host, was responsive and available and in particular made every effort to replace, as soon as possible, the dishwasher that was no longer working. We will keep a good memory of this stay and will be sure to come back.

Perfect! Great location, very central, 3-4 min walk to basket lifts to DMC slopes/Poma. Quiet, warm and cosy, amazing views across Alp d Huez. Highly Recommended!
