Holiday rentals with a patio in Monserrato

Miejsce które wybraliśmy na nasz pobyt było na najwyższym poziomie. Pobyt w mieszkaniu Stefanii dał nam swobodę i poczucie jakbyśmy byli u siebie. Dla nas zawsze ważna jest czystość i wygodne łóżka a te były naprawdę na najwyższym poziomie. Mieszkanie jest wygodne i przede wszystkim z dwoma łazienkami go dawało nam duży komfort. Mam nadzieję że kolejne osoby będą tak zadowolone jak my jesteśmy. Stefania jest przemiłą osobą która sama zabiega żeby gościom było jak najlepiej ❤️Polecam jeśli chcecie spędzić piękny czas w Cagliari i czuć się jak w domu

The view of the sea is beautiful. Anna was always attentive and Marino was also very attentive.

Appartamento vicinissimo al centro, pulito, comodo. Nonostante il bagno sia "cieco" la ventola funziona ottimamente. Cucina attrezzata Federico molto reattivo, cortese e professionale. Lo consiglio vivamente

What an amazin experience, i don't even know where to begin to describe all the advantages of this apartment. Spotless cleanliness, very easy check-in, unusual customer care, warm hosts. In the apartment you will find beach towels, beach chairs, a tourist cooler with inserts, a hat, sunglasses, SPV filter, many cosmetics... I could go on and on. In nearby Pula there are several very good restaurants. In 25-30 minutes you can reach spectacular sandy beaches. I recommend this place. I can not wait to come back.

The flat was beautiful, spacious, and even better than the photos! A very modern interior and two beautiful garden spaces, one for relaxing and one for the hot tub. The outside shower had hot water and very convenient for the hot tub. Air conditioning in every room and well equipped kitchen and bathroom. We were able to find a regular parking spot a few streets away, and everything was mostly walkable anyway. Would highly recommend and wish we could’ve stayed longer :)

We stayed here for one day to rest and continue with our vacation. It was a perfect place for that. There was Lidl and Mcdonalds very close by. The host couple was very fast in replying and recommended us some good places to see. Overall it was a good experience :)

Our stay at Guisi's and Sergio's Appartement was nothing but great. The place was super clean, had everything we needed (kitchen tools, cutlery, beach equipment, etc.) and was in walking distance to the beach, a supermarket and a variety of restaurants and bars. But, hands down the best thing about our stay were the two hosts who were probably the nicest and most-welcoming I have met on AirBnB so far. Guisi and Sergio were extremely quick to respond to questions and had so many tips and recommendations. This made our vacation amazing and my kids insist on going back to Costa Rei as soon as possible! I said it a couple of times already, but thank you very much once again, Guisi and Sergio!

Très belle maison, parfaitement équipée, quelques marches pour y accéder. La vue est magnifique. Plusieurs très belles plages de sable fin aux eaux turquoises accessibles en voiture. Très beau fin de périple en Sardaigne avec nos 2 jeunes enfants.

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in dieser traumhaften Unterkunft. Das Apartment ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt, sehr sauber und unser persönliches Highlight war die Terrasse mit einem unglaublichen Ausblick aufs Meer, der zum Verweilen einlädt! Die Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig auf einem Berg gelegen - ein Mietauto ist von Vorteil, der Strand aber zu Fuss in 15 Minuten zu erreichen. Die Kommunikation mit Mike lief problemlos und schnell. Für all unsere Fragen hatte er blitzschnell Antworten parat.

Abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni indimenticabile in questo splendido appartamento con vista mare! Fin dal primo momento siamo stati colpiti dalla luminosità e dalla pulizia degli ambienti. L’arredamento è curato nei dettagli e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per sentirsi a casa anche in vacanza. Il punto forte è sicuramente la terrazza dove facevamo colazione,pranzo e cena con una vista mozzafiato. Un’esperienza davvero magica! I proprietari sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili dall’inizio alla fine della nostra vacanza. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca una vacanza rigenerante. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare! What a lovely stay. Giulia, Lorenzo and their very sweet family are fabulous hosts. They were really welcoming at check in and had plenty of tips… the house is very spatious and cool with a good outdoor veranda for eating on. They also leant is beach stuff and a phone charger we forgot to bring. (And then they were so kind and relaxed when we accidentally packed it with us when we left- oops!) Will come back!

Leandro and his wife are definitely top hosts! This was one of the best stays ever. Really everything you could want was present in the house. We’ve got biscuits, home made jam and some fresh drinks in the fridge. The garden is very cosy and nice at night with lights. The cleanliness is unbelievable. An excellent location to explore Villasimius and Cagliari. Thans again for thus wonderful stay

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

Das Highlight war der Ausblick auf der wunderschönen Terrasse! Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön, die Betten bequem, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Es hat Spaß gemacht zu kochen und mit dem wunderschönen Ausblick zu essen, war ein Traum. Andrea hat uns tolle Tipps gegeben. Wir haben das Familienrestaurant besucht, den freundliche Service und das hochwertige Essen genossen. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit! Es ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber auch da hat uns Andrea super und sehr schnell geholfen. Danke für alles!

Very comfortable and clean accommodation just as listed. A 5 minute walk to the town and quick drive or bike ride to different beaches. Beautifully landscaped garden which is lovely to have when using the hot tub. The windows/doors are fitted with mosquito nets which was very helpful to minimise the insects getting in. Enrico was very kind, helpful and responsive and made sure we had what we needed as we were travelling with a toddler. Definitely recommend!!

We werden persoonlijk heel hartelijk ontvangen en er stond een erg leuk welkomstpakket met een koud biertje, wijn met snacks en veel fruit. Helemaal top👍. Het appartement is helemaal compleet ingericht en heeft goede voorzieningen, is gunstig gelegen ten opzichte van het centrum en een aantal heerlijke stranden.Wij raden dit appartement ten zeerste aan en komen zelf ook graag nog een keertje terug. I was able to stay at Carla's apartment twice during a 6 week work trip. This place is perfect for a work trip! I was especially struck by how good the internet set up is here for working from home after a week trip out of town with very poor internet access. If you're coming to Cagliari for work or will need to work, this is a great space for that. In addition, the space is also very modern and has all that you would need for cooking and dining at home. The location is at the edge of a private residential area but within 1-2 minutes you're on the main shopping street with plenty to do! There is also the terrace, which is lovely. Carla is also very sweet, responsive, and communicative. She kept me updated about things in the apartment and always asked if/when she could stop by if there was an issue.

I highly recommend staying at Maurizio's if you are planning a trip to Sardinia. The home is very cozy and includes everything you need for a comfortable stay. Plus, Maurizio made our stay so memorable with the fresh fruit deliveries and his recommendations to the local beaches and restaurants. We loved seeing the kittens every morning outside our front door and the property is so beautiful and alive. Plus, the beach is very close by and it was so much less crowded then the beaches that we visited in Northern Sardinia. Maurizio's home is a great stay for those who desire a quieter and more peaceful stay in Sardinia, away from the more touristy parts of the island. We would love to come back and stay at Maurizio's.

Tolles, geräumiges und vor allem modernes AirBnB, das wir jederzeit weiterempfehlen würden. Die Unterkunft ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Silvia ist außerdem gut erreichbar und noch auf den ein oder anderen Wunsch von uns eingegangen. Hinsichtlich der Lage braucht es wohl in jedem Fall ein Auto - dann lassen sich Cagliari, viele Strände oder Wanderwege aber schnell erreichen. Man wohnt also recht ruhig und kann gleichzeitig schnell viele Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen. Uns hat das super gefallen!

Propre, bien placé et dans un des endroits que je préfère, en soulignant que je viens du nord de la Sardaigne. Les plages ne sont jamais trop prise d'assaut, même à la mi-août. Je conseille fortement

Fantastisk lägenhet med allt man behöver och bekvämt gångavstånd till buss och restauranger. Daniela är en otroligt bra värd som alltid svarade snabbt på alla meddelanden och gav väldigt tydliga svar på allt vi undrade. Rekommenderar denna lägenhet starkt och kan tänka mig att bo här igen om jag kommer tillbaka!

This was the second time we had the pleasure to stay at Igino and Agnese's place and we absolutely loved it - again! Igino and Agnese are the best hosts one can imagine and we felt indeed at home at their place. We highly recommend this place and we hope that we can return once again in the future.

Ho soggiornato in questo appartamento 13 giorni. Lo definisco perfetto. Pulitissimo, organizzato, dotato di ogni comfort, spazioso e luminoso. Lo splendido ed ampio terrazzo mi ha permesso di vivere in totale relax le ore trascorse in casa. L'intero palazzo é di pregio e molto silenzioso. La spiaggia del Poetto é raggiungibile a piedi in circa 10 minuti e la zona (bellissima) é servita da svariati mezzi pubblici con i quali mi sono mossa con estrema facilità. Non da ultimo Paola é un host davvero eccezionale. Attenta, precisa, disponbile. Perfetta. Tornerò varie volte nella mia amata Cagliari e spero di poter tornare sempre qui. Grazie mille Paola, a presto!
