This studio is located on top of the garage of another occupied home that is by the water. The landscaping of the home below is beautiful and well kept! You can view the water from the back yard of the occupied home or take a very short walk to Luna Pier, which we did every day. The appliances in the studio are nice, and the place was clean. I would highly recommend anyone to stay there for the price in the comfortability just to be able to walk around the neighborhood and feel like you’re at home is actually amazing. The house is literally in walking distance of a lot of stuff and it is a really beautiful place. Plenty of room just wanted to say thanks to Nisae for allowing us to stay. We enjoyed your beautiful house and if we ever decide to come back up to Monroe. And your house is available we would love to be able to Airbnb your house again and thanks again, Nisae we had a wonderful time and the kids really love it.

We stayed in Brenda's house for 12 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. It was exactly as described in the listing. We felt very comfortable as soon as we walked in the door. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the beautiful waterview, hot tub and peacefulness. Thank you Brenda for sharing your home with us. It was awesome!
