Our lovely farmhouse is minutes from Lake Lemon, Griffey Lake, Indiana University & many spots in Bloomington. Conveniently not far from I-69, we're 20 minutes away from Nashville. This is a basement apartment with private bedroom, private bathroom, large living/dining area, & kitchenette. Shared front door & ~10 steps inside main floor. The ranch is 50+ acres with 8+ acres of woods for hiking, pastures with cattle, a heated pool & patio area, & a beautiful front porch looking over the ranch.

Cozy Elm Heights Apartment Close to Everything IU!

Sweet, sunny and cozy apartment in the lovely Elm Heights Neighborhood minutes from IU and all that Bloomington has to offer. This is a walkout basement unit. It is separated from the rest of the house with a private entrance and patio. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking. We live upstairs. We are quiet, but you may hear us at times. You will need to walk through the yard to get to the entrance. Additionally, if you are tall please note that the ceiling height is low in the bedroom.

Lovely suite- 1 bedroom/1 bath with free parking

Cozy, picturesque and comfortable space for visitors to Bloomington and surrounding areas. Entire guest suite in lower level of residential home. Ideal for 1-2 guests, but can accommodate up to 4. You can relax with the large screen Roku TV, curl up with a good read while sipping tea or coffee, enjoy a variety of games, or get some work done using our high speed internet. We also have a large picture window that is surprisingly good for wildlife viewing!

Art and book filled. Located in Bloomington Indiana. My 1920s bungalow includes two guest bedrooms with queen sized beds, down comforters, feather/down pillows, line curtains and private bathroom. The guest area also includes a garden porch, private entrance, living room and, dining area with microwave, small refrigerator and handmade maple table. NO KITCHEN. The bathroom is between the bedrooms and includes a Toto washlet bidet and EO toiletries.
