Holiday rentals with a patio in Monreale

Super schön. Wir waren wunschlos glücklich. Sehr sehr nette Vermieterin.

This is a spacious, modern and clean apartment with everything provided for a comfortable stay. It is on the ground floor, very quiet with the added bonus of the garden. It’s about a 20 minute walk to the old town but there are buses that go regularly from the top of the road. The buses run from the station too and the airport shuttle bus stops at the end of the road, so very convenient. Buses also go from the top of the road to Mondello which is the beach area. There are plenty of local restaurants too. We had a very good stay and would recommend.

Francesco ist wirklich der perfekte Gastgeber! Er war jederzeit erreichbar, unglaublich hilfsbereit und hatte viele tolle Tipps parat – von Restaurants über Unternehmungen bis hin zu einem günstigen Taxi-Sharing-Service vom/zum Flughafen. Auch wenn es von unserer Seite ein paar kleine Umstände gab, war Francesco stets verständnisvoll und unterstützend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an sehr willkommen und wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach großartig: super sauber, besonders Küche und Bad, und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Alltag braucht – sogar Wasser und ein paar Lebensmittel zur Begrüßung standen bereit. Es gibt moderne Geräte, wie eine neue Spül- und Waschmaschine, und die wunderschöne Dachterrasse ist ein echtes Highlight! Die Lage ist ebenfalls ideal: Die Altstadt ist bequem zu Fuß erreichbar, in unmittelbarer Nähe fährt auch ein kostenloser Shuttlebus. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, Francesco, für alles!

We stayed in Palermo for a few nights and it was wonderful. Lorenzo and his mom were very kind helpful. The place was spacious and having 2 bathrooms made a huge difference. The location of the apartment is a little outside the center but it’s very walkable, so that was great. They also had a designated parking spot in the gated garage which was another plus! Overall, it was a pleasant experience. Mille Grazie!!! 😍

Luigi’s home in Palermo has everything you need when staying in Palermo. Whether it be short term or long term location is ideal to everything you’d want to see and need. Great communication and hospitality was beyond my expectations. Looking forward to staying at Luigi’s next time I visit Palermo.

We loved everything about staying at the La Veranda Sul Mare!! The house was beautiful and very well stocked kitchen was all new and had everything you needed. The private beach access was awesome. Domenico was very helpful throughout our whole stay from helping us with transportation on the way to a smooth check out at the end. The home is quite removed from Palermo central, ~30 minute drive, but perfect for a peaceful getaway while still having some stores and restaurants within walking distance. We would wholeheartedly recommend booking your holiday with domenico at La Veranda Sul Mare!

L'alloggio rispecchia le foto e la descrizione. Arredamento nuovo e funzionale. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato acqua fresca e snack. La posizione è ottima per esplorare il centro. Pasticceria ottima in fondo alla strada. Comunicare con Mario è stato facile e veloce.

Great position outside Palermo , we took a convenient train journey ride. costing €6 each return. Car parking was easy outside the apartment, we never struggled to find a space. The apartment is very well equipped and a comfortable space to spend time in. lovely to watch the world go by whilst drinking that first cup of morning coffee.

Vincenza si è dimostrata da subito cordiale e accogliente. E’ stato facile instaurare sin da subito un rapporto di empatia e collaborazione. La casa è splendida e ti fa vivere l’esperienza di una casa a pochi passi dal mare. Ci si sente a casa e allo stesso tempo in vacanza. Semplicemente meraviglioso. Se dovessimo tornare a Scopello, e ci torneremo, Vincenza sarà il nostro punto di riferimento.

Wir hatten einen großartigen Aufenthalt in Danielas Unterkunft in Termini Imerese. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet – besonders angenehm fanden wir die Klimaanlage, die an warmen Tagen für Abkühlung sorgte. Ein echtes Highlight war die schöne Terrasse, auf der wir gerne entspannten, und der wunderbare Meerblick direkt vom Schlafzimmer aus. Die Lage war ebenfalls ideal: ruhig, charmant und perfekt, um sowohl die Umgebung zu erkunden als auch einfach mal zur Ruhe zu kommen. Die Gegend hat uns wirklich begeistert – authentisch, freundlich und nicht überlaufen. Daniela war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation lief reibungslos, und wir haben uns von Anfang an willkommen gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen – danke, Daniela, für die tolle Gastfreundschaft! (:

Esperienza di soggiorno che rasenta la perfezione. Gli host Caterina e Francesco, super disponibili, cordiali e reattivi, hanno trasmesso in Casa Zahar la propria passione per il bello, omaggiando il territorio e realizzando una struttura che è più di un semplice alloggio, grazie agli spazi esterni che circondano la villetta, dal patio al barbecue, dal pool bar attorno alla piscina all'orto e al piccolo, meraviglioso uliveto. Pulizia impeccabile, zona living con cucina di pregevole fattura super accessoriata, bagno di dimensioni generose, due camere da letto minimali ma elegantemente arredate. Molto utile la zona lavanderia, elettrodomestici recentissimi. Circondata dalla quiete della campagna alle spalle di Castellammare, Casa Zahar è in posizione ideale per partire alla scoperta della Sicilia Occidentale: Scopello e Riserva dello Zingaro, San Vito Lo Capo, Erice e Trapani, ma anche Segesta e Selinunte, o Gibellina e la Valle del Belice. Consigliatissima!

The stay was beautiful, very peaceful and the house was really big with lots of balconies and space! The rooftop was amazing. Laura was also so extremely helpful. We had a bit trouble with getting around since the taxis doesn’t want to drive inside Carini, just to take us outside the city. So Laura helped us getting a local taxi driver who was incredible too. The surroundings are beautiful, not that many restaurants and hard to find a grocery store nearby, but the ones that exist have really nice and friendly staff. The place is really close to the ocean, easy to take a nice walk. We were really happy with our stay, the house was perfect.

Jennifer and Kim were proactive before our arrival, giving us clear directions on where we could meet, then guiding us to parking and helping us with our luggage to the apartment (this is a hillside ancient town, lots of narrow alleys and a multitude of stairs). They kept in contact though-out our visit, even picking up recyclables and trash when needed. The apartment had most essentials in stock that we were free to use. The spacious downstairs bedroom with its own bath & a desk gave us parents privacy from the adult children,, and both bedrooms had balconies with hillside views. The terrace on the roof had a large sitting area and a separate table with a cloth sunscreen overhead, which proved to be a wonderful place to hang out in both morning and evening. Jennifer arranged for a chef and his mate to provide a home cooked meal with wine, served on the rooftop, a highlight of our stay. If you want to stay out of the way near Palermo, this is definitely a place to stay.

We had a wonderful time at Salvatore’s home. We loved the location, it was close to all the major highways, and also very close to the water. Salvatore was easy to get a hold of, and very friendly when we communicated with him. He gave us great local recommendations, he was very welcoming, and made us feel comfortable. our entire stay. His home was the perfect place for us while we were in Sicily. It was exceptionally clean, spacious enough for 2 people, and have everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Sicily.

Notre séjour chez Filippo c’est super bien passé! Le logement est ravissant et très charmant, il correspond parfaitement à la description. Tout ce dont nous avions besoin était à notre disposition pour un séjour optimal ! Ces quelques jours était que du bonheur. Je vous le recommande les yeux fermés! :)

A great place to stay. In easy walking distance to the centre with lots of great restaurants. The apartment has everything you need for a home from home feel. Super comfy beds, good AC, super fast internet and a lovely terrace on the top floor and a small balcony to the main bedroom. Tastefully decorated, with added touches from a great host. The host Serena was very proactive and she offered great suggestions of places to eat. A small supermarket is 1 minutes walk away, as was a great little bakery. The large supermarket was a 5 minutes drive. Ample parking on the street right outside of the apartment, in a quiet area surrounded by local people. I can highly recommend this Airbnb.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft, unglaubliche Gastfreundschaft, fussläufig ein wunderschöner Strand (nicht überlaufen). Perfekter Ort um Palermo und die Umgebung zu entdecken.

I really enjoyed my stay at this Airbnb, the host was extremely nice and dropped me to the beach so that I could relax there before my check-in, he was very fast to communicate and reply and the house was very clean. He also dropped me to the airport in the morning, at a reasonable price which was very convenient! The shower was very good, and the whole apartment felt very clean

We loved our stay at Paola’s place! Paola made us feel right at home after a long day of travel, she had left us water and biscuits and gave us some great local recommendations for the following day. The place was so cosy, clean and spacious with local guide books and anything you could need. She had left us umbrella and chairs for the beach, which was about a 30 min walk away. Super safe location, loads of delicious restaurants and a beautiful beach on your doorstep. It was delightful and we had the best time. Thank you so much Paola!!!

Отличное местоположение, очень уютная квартира и прекрасный хозяин. Все достопримечательности рядом и огромное количество хороших ресторанов и баров. Все прекрасно.

Sehr schöne und genial gelegene Wohnung - mitten im Zentrum und doch ruhig -, super ausgestattet und mit toller Terrasse plus Balkon. Unbedingt empfehlenswert. Die Kommunikation mit Massimiliano war sehr einfach, schnell und hilfreich, Sohn Giuseppe hat uns sehr freundlich in Empfang genommen und alles erklärt. Wir würden sofort wiederkommen!

La situation du logement en plein cœur du centre historique est très appréciable . Nous avons aimé aussi d’avoir un grand espace de vie à la déco actuelle, raffinée et le confort du couchage . Tout était impeccablement propre et accueillant J’ai aimé le spa privatif : un Plus , rare et bien agréable après une longue journée de visite ! La communication avec Gabriele - réactif et sympathique - nous a facilité la découverte de Palerme . Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir .

we had a fantastic stay . Elisa was the most responsive host I have met. She is so helpful and she is actually in my experience the only host who actually really took care of her guests. The house was well stocked with literally everything. There were bottle of wine, fruits, cakes, rice, pasta, sugar ,salt..you name it ,it was all there. The bathroom had literally everything required like toothpaste, shampoo, soap. Also she was so helpful, all the time We loved her place, it's lovely and well kept. Great location would definitely recommend
