Our lovely guest studio flat is a newly renovated, private entrance ground floor ensuite space, which sleeps 2. Exclusive off street parking included. Fully fitted brand new kitchen, Tea & coffee making facilities, induction hob, full size fridge with freezer space, toaster. The lovely Minnis Bay is about 5 mins walk from here where there is a pub. The train station is 5 mins walk in the other direction. Dreamland is only 2 stops on the train. Please note we don't allow charging of vehicles.

Modern 60s vibes throughout, the space sits on historic Trinity Square which is perfectly nestled in between the charming Old Town and trendy Northdown Rd. It’s also moments away from the sea. The Main Sands with sauna is 5/7min walk. The local Cliftonville beaches with tidal pool is a 10/12min walk. Guests are also offered a complimentary croissant (anytime from 7-10am) on whichever morn they choose. ♥️
