Organic farm Shepherd's Hut with a view

You will find ‘The Leveret’ our shepherds hut, on our family run organic farm.  With lovely views across the Torridge valley and beyond to Dartmoor, it is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature.  The farm has a mixture of meadows for our cattle and sheep, woodlands and arable and veg fields and is a haven for wildlife. Enjoy a bbq at the fire pit with complimentary wood and charcoal. The excellent local pub at Sheepwash is a 1.5 mile walk through farm lanes and quiet country lanes.

The Shippon. Unique luxurious South Devon getaway.

A calm, deeply luxurious space to recharge & reconnect. The Shippon is a meticulously converted cow barn with heated, polished concrete floors, gently curving deep green walls, hand-built kitchen, warmly lit reading nooks, & natural materials. Woollen blankets, feather sofa, antique Scandinavian log burner, king-size bed with French linen & down, waterfall shower, & the softest towels. Our sleepy Devon hamlet is only lit by stars at night. You might just sleep better than you have in years.

Our cosy wooden shepherds hut near Dartmoor has been handmade made on site. Fully insulated, double glazed , heating & a woodburner, so cosy all year round . Hidden under weeping trees helping to shelter from the elements . Inside is decorated to a high standard . The kitchen area has everything you will need for your break away . The ensuite accommodates a shower, toilet & sink. Separate dinning area with a fold away double bed. Included in the price is a luxury starter pack.

Barrel Top Wagon, The Glade, Bondleigh

Our beautiful barrel top wagon is set in it's own private woodland glade with ample parking. It is light, airy and comfortable, perfect for a quiet escape with wildlife on the doorstep. It is eco friendly with a compost loo, reed bed water filtration system and cosy wood burner. Good for one couple or single person. Well behaved dogs are welcome. There is no TV or internet and the phone signal is sporadic. (Visitors are welcome to use host's landline in an emergency).

The Annex

Welcome to our charming annex in Inwardleigh, near Okehampton and Dartmoor. Our one-bedroom retreat offers a peaceful getaway or a base to explore Devon. The open-plan layout includes a well-equipped kitchen, dining area, and a snug living room with a woodburner. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom and ensuite shower await. The annex, next to the hosts' home, provides flexible arrival with a lock box and access key. Your perfect escape awaits in this idyllic village setting.

Farm Stay Shepherds Hut, In Beautiful Oak Orchard

Based on a traditional 500 acre farm, Rookery Retreat is a unique shepherds hut nestled in a your own acre of oak woodland, a secret thousand year old time capsule. The hut was created by leaders of luxury living design. The smeg hob, wood burning stove, walk in rain shower, double bed with memory foam mattress and two person stone resin bath are what bring homely indulgence to an area of outstanding natural beauty.

Lakeside Lodge, Hot Tub, Dog Friendly, Fishing

‘Iris Lodge’ is one of three, private lodges situated on the second lake of ‘Venn Lakes’, on the outskirts of Winkleigh. The lodge has its own, private garden and hot tub, which is not overlooked, and has parking alongside. Coarse fishing is available for an additional £15 per 12 hours, or £25 per 24hrs for up to three of your own rods per person. Well-behaved dogs are welcome, at a maximum number of two.

Welcome to The Den, tucked away in the privacy of our garden - Offering living/sleeping space and ensuite shower room. With unique original features it includes a double bed, relaxed seating area, and kitchenette area with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave and essentials.
