Our house has 3 fully air-conditioned 4* apartments, a pool and a large garden area that everyone can use, all renovated in 2017. It is a 7-minute walk to the sea, a 10-minute walk to the village of Ika and a 15-minute walk to the city center of Lovran. Two supermarkets are within walking distance. The next major city, Opatija, can be reached via Franz-Josef-Weg along the sea in 6 km or in 10 minutes by car/bus. Each apartment has a secure parking space in the courtyard.

You can find us on lacasaallagocom. Apartment located in Interneppo a few meters from Lake of the Three Common.. The apartment is 70 km from Lignano Sabbiadoro - Grado -Bibione for the summer .. 40 km from the starred city of Palmanova and towards the border of Slovenia is Cividale del Friuli known for the Longobardi. Closer to 9 km are Gemona del Friuli and Venzone. For winter the ski areas are the Zoncolan 35km , Tarvisio 45km and Nassfeld

Ideal property rental situated in the hillside neighborhood overlooking the Adriatic Sea to the Croatian coast, the house is close to everything. The house has two apartments each with magnificent views of the sea, private terraces and a shared pool & garden area. Both apartments can be rented for family & friend reunions. We are offering a simple apartment with a bedroom and bathroom. Its surrounded by gardens from where you can also enjoy seaview to Portorož. It is ideal for short trips and for travelers that want to spend their time outdoors: either discovering the interesting neigborhood or enjoying peacefullnes of the garden.

The apartment is situated in the house, where we have in all 3 apartments. Beli križ is a quiet district of Portorož, with 2km distance from the nearest beach. The apartment was partly reconstructed in 2015. The apartment is situated near two others.

Our apartments are located in Ika, and about 300m walking distance to the sea. Each apartment has access to an outdoor swimming pool and a balcony. The views from the blacony are breathtaking. The vibrant city of Opatija is 3.5km away.
