On a private road, 200mt from the sea and nestled into the hills overlooking Moneglia, this cottage is ideal for a family of 3/4 (3 adults + a baby). The large terrace that opens to views of the sea is breathtaking. Situated away from town but close to the center of Moneglia, the home is the perfect place to relax in Liguria. There is free private parking in the driveway, wonderful natural light and high ceilings and windows that look out to the best vistas of the Mediterranean Sea in the area.

Difficilmente troverete in Liguria un posto con una vista così. Questa casa è davvero "sul mare" infatti vi sembrerà di stare più su una barca che in una casa. È un ampio monolocale, terrazza con vista, accesso al mare privato e box auto. Vi sveglierete guardando il mare, farete colazione guardando il mare, prenderete il sole e vi addormenterete guardando il mare. E ogni sera vi godrete il tramonto, che da questa terrazza è unico. We had a very nice time in the accommodation! The view from the terrace was simply fantastic – perfect for relaxing. Everything was very clean and well maintained, just like in the pictures. The host was friendly, helpful, and easily accessible. We would definitely visit again!

There were three of us - with a teenager - in Gian's apartment. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen well equipped. The view over Moneglia, into the countryside and to the sea is fantastic. You can hardly get enough. The way to the sea and the village is not far. Moneglia is quiet in the fall and not too touristy. Most restaurants are still open. There are many ways to discover the area by bike, on foot (hiking). You can also get around the coast very well by train (Cinque Terre, Sestri Levante, Levante, Genoa...) We really enjoyed our stay.

The terrace is the absolute dream. The place is very clean. It was a great stay for us. We felt very comfortable in this apartment and did something for fitness. The path to the village is easily doable but steep. It has everything you need in the apartment and even down blankets as well as extra wool blankets... to watch shooting stars on the roof terrace, for example. Thank you for the nice welcome with wine and foccaciabrot.

We spent a magical weekend at this house and really enjoyed ourselves! The place was clean and had every possible little detail taken care of (from linen, to umbrellas, to the kitchen and bathroom). The pool was relaxing and a perfect getaway from the hustle and bustle of the towns. We highly recommend and would love to come back!

What can I say? We sincerely thank Annalisa for her hospitality, responsiveness, availability and extreme kindness. The apartment is nice and functional, literally a stone's throw from the sea and the center of Moneglia (a very pleasant discovery!). The reserved parking is a significant plus. Annalisa was extremely kind to us, allowing us to spend a truly regenerating weekend. We hope to be back soon! Highly recommended!

The pride of the accommodation lies in the enchanting view it offers, unique as few in the area. The studio apartment has a kitchen in excellent condition and equipped with the necessary, microwave, Lavazza coffee machine with pods, comfortable sofa bed, TV with services. Very clean with a good level of general comfort. Please note, however, that the reserved parking space is located at the level of the SS Aurelia. The apartment, on the other hand, is subject to several tens of meters of height difference. It should be noted that there will be a good number of steps to tackle. The descent by car is possible, but the road, due to its size and winding nature, requires special attention and skill. Giancarlo is an affable, understanding, and helpful person, like few of the hosts I have met so far. It will make you feel at home and pampered. I'll definitely be back soon!

Fabulous. We loved our stay. Close to the beach, restaurants, supermarket, shops and several gelatarias. The apartment, although a little small was as described. Beautiful outdoor area. The air conditioning worked well and the beds were comfortable. The bottle of wine, focaccia and crisps were a delightful surprise. Thank you Federica for an amazing stay.
