Holiday rentals in Mondego River

We had a simply magical stay in this refuge surrounded by eucalyptus and pine trees. The surrounding nature creates an atmosphere of peace and charm that is difficult to describe. Every night we were treated to a real firefly show, as if the forest came to life with little dancing stars around us. A perfect place to disconnect, take a deep breath and feel the magic of the simple. We'll be back, for sure.

We really enjoyed discovering Coimbra from this apartment for three days. For us, the location in the pedestrian zone was ideal and also surprisingly quiet. The apartment has everything you need, especially great if you have a washing machine after two weeks of road trip. Check-in is straightforward and nice.

Natalia's space completely matches the photos. It was ideal for a few days of rest. The surrounding space is totally private, with a swimming pool, jacuzzi and barbecue available in a beautiful garden with an oriental touch. The house is very well designed for people with mobility difficulties. Well decorated and with everything you need to spend a few days. I will certainly return and highly recommend it! As if all that wasn't enough, this house also has a view of the sunset. Communication was easy, both were super friendly. Perfect!

Andrea and Bruno are pleasant and charming people The property itself is spacious, and renovated to a very high standard. The yard is pleasant and spacious, we picked some mint and some lemon verbena. The view from the balcony is heart-warming. As parents of a small child, we were a little afraid of the stairs, and indeed it was challenging, but good handrails and a pair of gates to block access to the stairs from above really made it easier to cope (the stairs to the lower floor we just blocked permanently because we did not use this floor). The apartment is full of games for children, and our two-and-a-half-year-old daughter enjoyed it very much. The fresh bread and the quality coffee that Bruno left for us completed the experience. The location of the settlement is a little far from the river, and everywhere you need to drive first on the winding road down the hill. But the charming beach of Avo is 8 minutes away, so it's not really a big deal. In short, we will return again and with great joy, thank you Bruno and Andrea, we will be happy to meet you in Coimbra as well.

We had a wonderful stay at William place this weekend . Our little hut is exactly as described - very clean, private and comfortable. We enjoyed the nature and the quite surrounding. We also tried the outdoor sauna which is absolutely wonderful. There are many beautiful villages, weekend market and hikes to explore . Willima is a great host and very communicative. Here's a polished version of your note: Just a note about getting there (William's Place and the surrounding area): the mountain roads are winding with many turns and twists, making it a quite exhausting drive. We recommend this place if you want a restful off grid weekend :)

The accommodation was super equipped, there were even paddle surf boards to get closer to the river to bathe and play sports. A huge house, very spacious, the rooms were very large, everything was very new. All the amenities, there was room to park the car... Everything was great, a very pleasant experience and the host was attentive at all times to messages in case we needed anything.

We loved our stay at Susan’s place! The apartment was exactly what we expected, with beautiful stunning views and surrounded by nature! The common areas were a nice surprise and each space felt carefully designed and taken care of. The pool was definitely a highlight, as we were able to enjoy it on some really hot days. Susan was super easy to communicate with, and made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We would definitely like to stay there again, and we wholeheartedly recommend it!

If you are looking for a place to rest and be more relaxed, away from traffic and closer to nature, this is the ideal place. The house is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking, hygiene, etc. The pool that the house offers has a very beautiful view, and it's a good pool! On the other hand, the nearest city is Seia, where you can go by car (8 to 10 min). The location of the Airbnb is a very small village, there is almost no entertainment (which is good because there is no disturbance from neighbors). The entrance to the house is also very small and narrow. Overall, I spent 2 very quiet nights, we made our own food and we only needed to go to the city once. The location matches the images provided. The host was very friendly, flexible and attentive.
