We had a great time at Pauline and Rod's. They are very friendly and welcoming. The pool is very nice as well as the setting in the middle of the greenery. This is exactly what we were looking for: the calm and the sounds of nature... Thanks so much!

Perfect place to rest and recharge after a day out, Leclerc supermarket 3 minutes' drive, quiet neighborhood, unfortunately we could not enjoy the table outside, we will have to come back! Very clean, comfortable beds, well thought out for children, my little one was even able to enjoy the balance bike available! Thank you and see you soon!

We spent a one-night stay for 2, and it was great. The accommodation is perfectly well furnished, everything is thought of for a good stay and the river is a big plus. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back for longer!

The location is perfect for a stay at Le Puy du Fou, only 4 minutes by car and easily accessible. The house is very nice, offering many beds. Everything was spotless, clean, and tidy. The terrace, sunny all day, is ideal for enjoying a small drink when returning from the park, having breakfast or organizing a barbecue. Morgane and François are very responsive and available to answer any questions. Although I did not have the pleasure of meeting them, I am convinced that they are very friendly. We had a great weekend and we'll be back, for sure!

We had a very nice family stay at the gîte du lit du Lay. The gîte du lit du Lay is a beautiful place where you feel good. We can only admire the work accomplished by Sonia and François to create such an exceptional place. Everything here is thought out and arranged with care and taste. As for Sonia and François, they are, themselves, kind and welcoming people, and we really enjoyed talking to them. Thank you. We had a great time. We would highly recommend this rental. Accessories, furniture, bedding, impeccable cleanliness, in short nothing to say! Not to mention the exteriors. Thank you to Stéphanie and her partner for their hospitality.

4 Jrs on MAY 1st 11 people: very beautiful stone house which is pleasant with this sudden heat, functional clean rustic house there is nothing missing ( just a chair in the bathrooms to put our clothes down and pointed knives LOL) to have a good stay even longer everything is available the linen provided from the sheets to the towels it was ++ 1st time that we find such flexible schedules and that is also very convenient the quiet place resting the well-maintained garden and we were able to enjoy the pool .. There are shops, pretty villages to visit nearby . The owners are welcoming and attentive if necessary kind and discreet thank you to them in a word, we retain the address and really recommend it, it was a pleasant little stay

Perfect stay and very well located 25 min from Puy du Fou. Aurélien is very welcoming. The house is impeccable and well-equipped. The pool is very nice, the children loved it We enjoyed the vegetable garden with its vegetables and raspberries. Aurélien also has a chicken coop from which we were able to get good fresh eggs Go ahead! You'll have a great time relaxing.

We had a great time at Pierrick's place. The accommodation perfectly matched our expectations for discovering Puy du Fou. A big thank you to Pierrick for the personalized program he prepared for us, which allowed us to fully enjoy this exceptional park. The setting of the farmhouse brings a real charm to the living room, and Pierrick's warm welcome immediately put us at ease.

Fantastic place! Super clean, perfectly located and the host was very friendly and helpful. We were very well received by the whole family. Such sweet people with nice children and incredibly gentle dogs who did it super well with my own little dog. We got good tips for the area and there were even fresh flowers and eggs on the table when we entered. What else do you want? Highly recommended. We'd love to come back!

This house is beautiful, the owners have paid attention to detail which shows in the decor and quality furnishings. It's fully equipped which made everything perfect for our stay. You're in the centre of town but it still feels peaceful and private. The garden is lovely with plenty of seating and of course the large pool. There is use of the garage but we always found space on the street outside. Great place to explore the Marais Poitivin or go to the coast. The town has a lot of restaurants, and a lovely cathedral and public gardens. A 5 star stay we won't forget!

A marvellous stay for my large extended family reunion in Paula’s magical Priory and Tower. Paula was so kind and helpful and welcomed us with a cake and champagne. We had some lovely evenings eating together at the long tables on the veranda and lots of fun in the pool. The decor of the main house and the attached Tower where the young ones stayed was charming and beautifully done. We all had a very happy, relaxed and memorable stay. Ages of our group was from 7 to 70 and everyone loved it. The highlight for many was the trip to the unforgettable Puy de Fou.

We stayed there as a family. Quiet in the countryside. We did not meet the host (nevertheless very responsive by message) but had the pleasant meeting of a cuddly cat

We had a more than pleasant weekend. You come out feeling rested and soothed. The dry toilets do not reduce comfort in any way, as the cleanliness is impeccable. The shower is particularly large and modern for the size of the cabin. The same goes for the kitchen, which allows you to cook quite well despite its size. The terrace, exposed to the sun all day, offers a magnificent setting, in nature. Dog lovers will be very happy to see them coming to meet them throughout the day. Be aware of the reduced space at the bed, especially for those over 1m80. The first time we say we'll come back to a place, it's for good!

A timeless place, where the soul breathes 🌿💫 This cabin in the heart of the woods is much more than just accommodation: it is a true interlude of harmony, a return to the essential. Surrounded by the forest and the river of almost unreal beauty, we felt a deep connection to nature... We were able to enjoy an aperitif on a boat, rocked by the water and silence, which gave us the impression of being alone in the world, the evening by the fire, the walks in the beautiful forest with our dog, who also loved the experience... We only spent one night there, but our minds stayed there much longer. Thank you to Abigail for sharing this beautiful place, for this luminous and rejuvenating experience 🤍

if you like animals, and if you're comfortable with trained dogs roaming the premises, this is an absolutely wonderful location. The little chalet is clean and supplied with all necessities, but what stands out is its location. Right in a bend of the river Lay, you're surrounded by 60 000m² of tranquil land. The only thing that might upset the tranquility is the sight of otters, sheep, horses and hundreds of birds. Very highly recommended.
