We took this accommodation for a family reunion with our children and grandchildren. This one is very functional, we were able to enjoy the terrace and the children played well with all the accessories available to them. The place is quiet, accessible and close to Le Mans, which we were able to visit. Kim and Orianne are very attentive to their guests. We recommend this place and these hosts. Claude and Yolande

Le Cocon is a fantastic property in the most beautiful and peaceful surroundings. The house itself provided everything we needed and was so cosy. I would recommend staying here in a heartbeat and would love to return. A real haven in the French countryside. The gardens, maze and Shetland ponies were a real highlight. Thomas was a brilliant host and was very responsive to any questions we had.

Rose is a great host, warm and caring about our well-being. The cottage is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated, nothing missing. The bedding is perfect. The place is sublime for an absolute rest. I recommend Rose's cottage without a second thought.

We came to Cecilia and Karl's for 4 days with friends and kids and we had a great time! We were 8 adults and 4 babies and we were absolutely not cramped. The house is great, beautiful rooms, a beautiful garden with very nice games for children. The living room is spacious, the bedrooms are well soundproofed and with 4 babies it's a real good point ^^. We also took a few city walks and the area is very quiet. It's nice. Thanks again to Cécile and Karl for this great stay, this excellent welcome and the very good exchanges we had. They're great hosts! We would totally recommend this place.

The accommodation is beautifully arranged and tastefully decorated. The apartment was impeccably clean, which is very appreciable. A particularly pleasant little bonus: a small outdoor courtyard, perfect for enjoying a meal or a drink at the end of the day, under the last rays of the sun. The location is also ideal: - a stone's throw from the city center, which allows easy access to restaurants, bars and shops, - parking spaces are located just in front of the accommodation. The host is responsive and provides clear and precise instructions.

Thank you to Céline and her family for their hospitality, kindness, and small attentions. The accommodation is very nicely arranged and decorated, very welcoming. A quiet place but close to tourist sites (not to mention the Le Mans circuit). We would recommend it in a second.

Good location, clean, fully equipped, good internet connection. Frogs from the pond are very annoying to hear during the night, but luckily it was cold enough to keep the windows shut. Not a complaint, because we knew from the description and experience what we are getting into, but as a reminder for newbies - attic bedroom with stairs is a big inconvenience, as in most of the Brittany accommodations. Far away from north american safety standards, but this place at least have the stair handrails and washroom/shower on the same floor with the bedroom :)

Hannah is a great host who is always ready to help. Her homes match the listings and they re easy to find and check into. I booked with her a lot in the past and I never had a bad experience.

We spent a weekend at Sabrina's for the 24h of Le Mans. We were pleasantly surprised, on the one hand by the environment and the calm of the building as well as the cleanliness of the accommodation. Secure access with private parking. Internet and Netflix with Airbnb special account. We'll save the address for next time. We would recommend this Airbnb

Great stay spent in this cottage composed of 2 apartments and 3 bedrooms. Shared Terrace & Spa. Oriane was available to inquire or guide us. Beautiful environment with a few animals in a pen just next door. Despite this, the place remains very quiet and we have only rubbed shoulders with a few neighbors hosted at the same time as us. Everything is beautiful and well decorated. A few tables outside. Possibility to make a very nice barbecue. The kitchen is a bit small but sufficiently equipped for a stay for two with outings in the area. Bedding in a very good condition, as well as the crib. Parking nearby. Small grocery store with dishes made of jars that greatly troubleshoot as well as other products (honey, syrup, terrines, beers, ice cream, etc.). In short, an idyllic pied-à-terre to explore the region or chill by the pool and beard!

Gaelle was fantastic from start to finish. Extremely helpful and friendly. We were visiting for the Le Mans 24 hr race and her home was just the perfect location, about 15 minute walk to the track. Clean tidy and more than comfortable for all 4 of us. We really would recommend it and wouldn’t hesitate to book again for the same reasons.
