Geoffrey and Tiffany are very generous hosts! The thoughtful details such as the breakfast items and local delights were very much appreciated. We were in the area to attend the 24 Hours of Le Mans and it was a little further than we thought we wanted to be from the track. However, it was nice to get away from the traffic! It’s a very unique space with nice amenities. Perfect for a weekend getaway.

A small haven of peace in the middle of the forest. The hostess pampered us, preparing the fireplace. A small gesture that is greatly appreciated. The jacuzzi, the sauna, the bedding, the services. Everything we hoped for a moment of relaxation, Thank you and look forward to it 😊

Reynald is a charming host, whose house was ideal for our extended family of 3 generations. The house was well equipped with everything that we needed, and there were lots of different areas for us to use and not to be on top of one another. The garden and pool area were lovely. It was unfortunate that the weather wasn’t very good for the first week of our 2 week stay, with a lot of wind and rain, so we were not able to use the outdoor facilities as much as we would have liked. Reynald was very good at checking that everything was ok, and suggesting places that we could visit. We were a little disappointed that most of the shops and places to eat in Roézé-sur-Sarthe were closed, so we had to use the car every time we needed something, rather than being able to walk, for example, to get the bread and croissants for breakfast.

It is an amazing place. I am really impressed by how well-designed and clean it is. Highly recommended for a relaxing vacation away from the crowds. The place is full of technology and amenities, such as a kitchen, laundry area, sitting area, and BBQ.

We had a great weekend in the cottage. We met with friends (with toddlers) and the place enjoyed both young and old alike! We arrived in a nice place, very welcoming, spacious, nicely decorated, very well equipped. We knew we rented a beautiful home, but it exceeded our expectations! We rented the cottage for a birthday party! Everything was perfect despite the very rainy weather we were able to enjoy the pool and jacuzzi as well as the play area. The rooms were as advertised, we slept well. I would highly recommend this cottage. With a better time I think the outdoors is a big plus for a weekend getaway with family or friends! We had a wonderful stay at the house, which has everything… from the pool, big kitchen, loads of board games, table tennis and chicken :) The communication was very friendly from the start and we couldn’t have asked for more!

Very charming trailer for a quiet stay in nature with a Nordic bath that makes its effect! Lots of little touches from our host that are a pleasure. I recommend it!

One night stay in an idyllic setting. Accommodation as described. Very welcoming host with very appreciated small touches. A quiet night with waking up to the titmice and squirrels. And a royal breakfast!! We recommend it. To be repeated in a milder period weather-wise.
