Si affaccia su un meraviglioso giardino di cui gli ospiti godono in modo esclusivo. Vicino al Parco del Valentino, al Polo ospedaliero (Molinette, S.Anna, CTO) ed al Lingotto. Comodo per i mezzi pubblici ed il Centro Città. Con una passeggiata lungo le rive del Po si può arrivare anche a piedi in piazza San Carlo, piazza Castello e piazza Vittorio.

The location is strategic: the house is in a quiet place, but not isolated; 300 meters away you will find two supermarkets, a bakery and two restaurants; just beyond there is the 45° Nord shopping center. The loft is located a few minutes from Turin, reachable by car, bus (stop 200 m away) or subway (stop a few minutes away by car). We are delighted to host you at the Grandparents' house! The house is arranged as follows: independent entrance with large garden and internal parking space in the courtyard (automatic gate). On the ground floor, there is a new kitchen complete with everything you need, a spacious double bedroom (Gepino) with smart TV and a bathroom with shower and washing machine. Upstairs, via an internal staircase, is another double bedroom (Teresina) with satellite TV and a balcony.

In the historic center of Moncalieri

The delightful studio in the historic center of Moncalieri is ideal for those who want to relax in a quiet setting a short distance from Turin. The apartment is located on the second floor in an ancient building in one of the two uphill streets that lead from the arch of Piazza dei Caduti per la Libertà to Piazza Vittorio Emanuele II. The building does not have an elevator and therefore it is not recommended for people who have difficulty climbing the stairs.

House in a splendid position in the Alps for nature lovers. Renovated and recently expanded with the studio apartment where you will be staying. Modern but in the typical mountain style. Humble in size but independent and equipped with all the amenities you need, incl. private kitchen and bathroom. Comfortable sofa bed for two. The town Villar Pellice is three kilometres away. The road to the valley is all paved but has some hairpin bends.

The apartment was super clean, small but very very nice. Absolutely functional, I found several towels and a large bottle of cold water. Just outside the door, there is the bus stop that leads to Turin, so it is super convenient as a location. The terrace is very nice with a splendid view of the village.

I absolutely recommend staying at Claudia’s place. I stayed here for a month and felt completely at home. Claudia is amazing, always available by phone whenever I needed help, and she regularly checked in to make sure everything was okay. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and has everything you might need. I am extremely satisfied and grateful for this opportunity.
