House holiday rentals in Moledo

It was a fantastic stay. The house was clean, well equipped and nice and quiet. The pool was great and the communication with both Daniela and her very friendly family was very pleasant. We were there as a family and would definitely recommend it.

Really beautiful home with stunning views, absolutely loved our stay here thanks for having us. Fully equipped kitchen and the space is absolutely gorgeous throughout. Brilliant outdoor area for dining and sunbathing. Garden and pool in full sunshine whenever you want to use them but a nice shaded area for dining. Only slight disappointment was the home did not have air con as advertised (it was underfloor heating) so we were quite hot at night and struggled to sleep. The heating system was adjusted and our host provided fans for each bedroom to try and help cool the house. Overall fantastic property.

Five stars to Casa de Cardido and to Rui and Alexandra for being wonderful hosts. We were a little late checking in, but Rui greeted us with a smile and a very generous tabua of local cheeses and meats. The hosts go above anything expected, with a sound system at the pool, exercise equipment, and fresh bread delivered daily. The house is a traditional Portuguese home - and it feels like a “home” not a rental. We spent two weeks here and it felt like staying with family. I noticed that one review commented on how close the highway is. Please know this is not a problem. You can see the highway when approaching the home from the road, but you cannot hear it and it does not interfere with the experience. This is very high quality stay with caring and involved hosts that will make sure you have all you need. I highly recommend.

Excellent location, private house with space, in my case I went with the children, they had a lot of fun. A place to repeat very soon, excellent, it met all my expectations. I have no negative points to mention. Everything is great. I highly recommend taking advantage of this excellent space.

Beautiful property with even more beautiful grounds! Eusebio's place is very peaceful, with a big pool, flat yard, and beautiful plants everywhere! The home was perfect for our family of 3. We loved exploring this remote area, as well as driving to Viana do Castelo to shop and eat.

We loved the house very much, we believe it is great for both a group of friends and family. The house had plenty of games to choose from. As far as the hostess is concerned, she is very friendly and has always been shown to be available.

Perfect location for a quiet and quiet vacation with the family. Good swimming pool and the fantastic house, garden and swimming pool relationship. Close to Caminha, the beaches of the area and close enough, for a getaway to Spain.

We were a group of 4 adults, a 9 month old baby, a 2 year old, 2 dogs, and the house was perfect for everybody! Great space inside and outside (dogs enjoyed a lot exploring around, very safe), big bedrooms - each one had its own bathroom (they provided a cot for our little one), and a very well equipped kitchen. Isaque and his mom were very responsive, caring and available, made our stay super comfortable, providing some nice little "gifts" and local treats for us to enjoy along the days. We had a lovely and peaceful time. The pool is amazing, it had nice views as well. Not much to do around the area (I'd recommend to take everything you need for the entire stay), just little walks or hiking (you need a car to reach the closest town or the mini market), so if you are looking to spend some days with family, just enjoying nature and away from the every-day-rush, this is your place.

We really enjoyed this villa. Very comfortable with lovely views of the sea. Great swimming pool and outdoor dining areas. Moledo is a sweet little town, with a handy train station and beach, and we enjoyed hiking, surfing & paddle boarding in the area. Would highly recommend and come again ! Thank you.

We had the most wonderful month-long stay at this beautiful home in Portugal. The house itself is stunning—spacious, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. It had everything we needed, especially in the kitchen, which was fully equipped for cooking at home. It really felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect if you’re looking to unwind and enjoy a peaceful break away from the city. It’s calm and quiet, yet only 20–30 minutes by car to some absolutely charming towns nearby—great for day trips and exploring the area. The hosts were absolutely lovely—welcoming, responsive, and genuinely kind. When we unexpectedly had some car trouble, they went out of their way to help us get things sorted quickly, which we really appreciated. All in all, this was a truly fantastic experience and we’re already looking forward to coming back if we’re in Portugal next year. Highly, highly recommended..!

Amazing host and great location, jaw dropping views!!

Perfect place to spend a few days with your family, impeccable house, cleanliness and order, very complete facilities. Carina has been a perfect host, always available and with great local suggestions. We will definitely enjoy this house again as we have left enchanted.

The house is very nice, as it says in the description. It doesn't lack detail, it has everything you need to make a wonderful stay. Agnes is very attentive to everything and very detailed upon our arrival left us homemade jam and lemons. The house is in a quiet area very close to the beach and with easy access to visit tourist sites. Totally recommended

We have been five days, four couples, and we have all left delighted, both with the house and with Rosa and Pepe, who are two wonderful people. The house far exceeds the photos you see, the views are spectacular, the rooms and bathrooms are very spacious and the kitchen is not lacking in details. We'd love to come back as soon as I can. Thank you both.

We really enjoyed spending time in this house. A beautiful view of the temples, the island and the sunset opens right in the courtyard. The house is clean and you will find everything you need for cooking inside. José is a very hospitable host and gave us great recommendations for visiting Portugal.

Paula is an exceptionally nice landlady. The cottage is very nicely decorated and was super clean. However, it smells a bit musty due to the humidity from the proximity to the sea. You need a car, but if you are interested in nature and the surroundings, this is a good place to spend a great vacation. We would come back!

Absolutely happy with our stay at Catarina's place and her being the host. We felt welcome and got a lot of recommendations for Moledo and the area. Worth a visit!

Great pool and fabulous garden!

Altogether a very enjoyable stay. Really well equipped home and generously stocked kitchen. The view from the house is glorious and the location amidst eucaplytus pine wild fennel. A looked after garden with overhanging lemon and lime trees and a series of well tendered lawns is perfect. Lovely 1.5 hr walk up high behnd the house to chapel. Carminha is a beautiful town 2.4 klm away : easy to park and easy getting in and out : lots of restaurants and pasterlerias and cafes. When you just arrive it is worth going 7 klms west along coast road to big supermarket :Continiente (signs on road) to stock up. Local lovely beach on the edge of town located eucaplyptus forest :easy parking- lifeguarded and has cafe. Beaches futher along the coast road . Inland from the house in a nearby village of Murios is small lake open to all for swimming and picnicing.. Great to come back to the house each day and everything to hand. Vitor exceptional host: kind,responisive and organised.

It was probably one of the best places we stayed in. House is really something else and it comes with private garden and pool. Only regret was that we didn’t stay longer!! Highly recommended!!

Rosa Maria is such a sweet hostess with nothing but the best intentions. We stayed for 2 weeks venturing through the Caminha, looking for a new place to call home. She was so inviting and concerned for our comfort. She lives in the main house and is always available if needed. Her garden is amazing! A big plus was that she accepts dogs, we brought both of ours. Highly recommended, especially for the hospitality. Obrigado Rosa Maria!

A spectacular place by a river and forest for lovers of tranquility and nature. About 10 minutes by car is Caminha a small coastal village with everything you need, there was also a medieval party with a super ambiance and Moledo right next to it with a nice and quiet beach. We were able to enjoy the atmosphere next to our dogs. And thanking Umbelina and Antonio for their great hospitality, they invited us to a dinner with them and we had a great time.
