My stay was excellent. Perfect location, close to the center, where everything happens, and also close to the bus station. The accommodation is even better than the photos and description. Large and extremely comfortable apartment. It is close to everything in the Serra Negra Center. The host is excellent and responds quickly to any communication that needs to be made. It is only worth noting that the apartment is on the second floor and has no elevator (for us it is not a problem, but if there is someone with special needs it can be a hindrance).

We loved everything about this trip! Mr. Alcione is always very helpful and polite. The space is very good, comfortable, a wonderful view, you can watch the sunrise from a hammock on the balcony of the room. What could be better!? We'll be back soon, God willing!

Marcelo received us super well! We feel super welcomed in your home. The bedroom and bathroom were great. The quiet house. I safely left my car in the condo. We registered face recognition at the concierge and the entrance and exit were super facilitated. Marcelo is a great host. Super friendly, nice, welcoming. We felt at home.
