Apartment holiday rentals in Moffat Beach

We had a comfortable week in the apartment, and it met all our needs. Well equipped for meals preparation. Plenty of extra towels and bedding available. It is in a quiet neighbourhood and can well accommodate four people.

What a wonderful airbnb experience! My wife, 2yo daughter and myself stayed at Caroline and Audrey's place for 3 nights. I couldn't recommend it more highly! Especially for families with young children. Here are some of the highlights: - Responsive, proactive, thoughtful and super helpful host. The perfect Airbnb host! - The apartment was perfect. Clean, full amenities, great view, comfortable, homely. Lock up garage for the car, good security, lovely balcony overlooking the water to have nice meals. - The location was fantastic. Right on the beach, near great coffee (Aurenda), close to Bulcock street etc. We'll definitely be back! Thanks again :)

LOVED Bree’s place! So quaint and unique. Photos don’t do the place justice! Bree has beautiful taste in all areas of her place and the welcome drink and chocolate is such a thoughtful welcome gesture. I loved sitting in the quiet and listening to the waves crashing yet far enough away from the town centre to miss all the road noise. My bestie and I loved the shower gel so much we brought some whilst holidaying. I highly recommend and will definitely be back!

This place was an absolute gem! Felt like we accidentally walked into someone’s super cozy, beautifully set-up home — and decided to stay (with permission, of course). The kitchen had everything you could think of — seriously, we didn’t need a thing. The whole place just felt warm, inviting, and ridiculously comfortable. Like a big comforting hug in house form. The location was perfect too — close to everything, but quiet enough to unwind. 10/10 would happily move in if they’d let us!

I’ve spend 3 nights in this unit with 6 of my girlfriends, we do this annually for the past 25 years. This unit is one of the very best places we ever stayed in. This Unit felt very homely, it has only 4 floors and was very quiet. It has 3 bathrooms plus extra toilet. All the furniture and the beds were very comfortable. The big balcony / rooftop had an eating area with bbq and wine fridge, whilst the other side of the Balcony had a lovely sitting area. Unfortunately the weather was not great for us to use the outside at all. The kings beach tavern, plus cafes are only 700 meters walk away, it had great meals and wonderful live music. We would love to stay in this unit again, there’s absolutely nothing to complain about. Fantastic place. Thank you

We had a lovely stay over Easter. So close to the beach and cafes, the whole area had a wonderful relaxed holiday feel to it. No need to get in the car as we could walk everywhere! As an added bonus we could take our puppy with us and the nearby beach was also dog friendly. We loved our stay.

My stay at Mark’s beautiful apartment was an absolute pleasure. I was in need of an easy and peaceful get away and that was exactly what I had. The communication and instructions with Mark were clear, easy and friendly. The apartment offers magical views, cleanliness, the most wonderfully comfiest couch, a well stocked kitchen and pantry and two beaches (plus a number of eating venues) on either sides within a few minutes walk. I’m very much looking forwards to returning in the future.

We had such a nice stay here—literally just a block from the beach and a variety of restaurants. The place was clean, comfy, and had everything we needed. The host was awesome—super easy to communicate with and quick to respond!

This is the perfect location for a couple wanting a few days away. Right on the water looking over the Bribie Inlet, it's in the prefect location for the beach, shops and good restaurants. The unit had been refurbished and they have gone to a lot of trouble to make the place outstanding. There was a lovely bottle of wine, crackers and cheese waiting for us on arrival in the mini kitchen. Don't plan on cooking anything much, though there is a double air fryer, a toaster, kettle and a great pod coffee machine, with plenty of pods in different flavours. There's a waching machine dryer and all the things you need to wash, plus ample large fluffy towels for the bathroom, the spa and or the beach. All the linen and furnishings are new or next to new and they have gone the extra mile to make it look and feel luxurious. There's a nice balcony and a table and chairs to sit and enjoy the view of the water and the passing fishing boats. Getting in and out was easy with the lock box keys.

Great tidy unit in a fantastic location. Craig is a great host who gave us all the info we needed to make check in and out smooth and simple.

This is an absolute cracker of a find, the unit is 5 star and host Christine has catered for everything with a lovely welcome basket of goodies and all the basics provided for your stay. The linens are beautiful quality. The view from the patio is picture perfect and we enjoyed our morning coffee looking at the lake and out to the ocean and evening drinks watching the ships sail past. The complex has a great outdoor pool and lounge area which we enjoyed each afternoon. Christine also provides heaps of recommendations on where to eat and we weren’t disappointed. Our stay coincided with the cyclone hitting SE Queensland so we had to leave a day early to head home and secure our house and Christine immediately offered to refund us that day, which is amazing and extremely kind. We will definitely be back for another stay.

If you're looking for somewhere that is within walking distance of cafes, pubs and the beach then this is great place! Very convenient, easy to find, well looked after! Matches the pictures perfectly!

Staying at Kings Knightly #Fresh was an absolute delight! The apartment was impeccably clean, stylishly decorated, and offered stunning views of the ocean. Waking up to the sound of waves and enjoying my morning coffee on the balcony was pure bliss. The location was perfect—just a short stroll to the beach, cafes, and local shops. It made exploring Kings Beach effortless and enjoyable. The host was incredibly accommodating, ensuring a seamless check-in and providing great local recommendations. Their attention to detail truly enhanced the experience. If you’re looking for a charming and convenient spot in Kings Beach, this apartment is a must-book. Can’t wait to return! 💖

House reviews A lovely apartment situated in the Peppers Noosa Resort a short walk away from the beach and the centre of Noussa Heads. Well presented and comfortable, with clear instruction on how to get into the property and parking etc. The apartment is pretty spacious and has everything you would need for a stay near the beach,shops and restaurants. Lisa was a great host. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing stay with small kids - the apartment comes with everything you need from someone who knows toddlers. From baby wash and bath toys, kids toilet seat, plastic cutlery and plates, toys, puzzles and colouring books, spare sheets for the portacot, beach trolley and sand toys. The kids loved the waterpark, the jumping pillow and feeding their leftover chips to the eel in the restaurant fishpond. The washing machine and dryer were great, the dishwasher and kitchen facilities were perfect, the couch is comfy, the main bed is a king, and being on the top floor at the end limited the noise from other apartments. Having two bathrooms was a luxury. We loved the resort facilities and the short stroll to the beach. Highly recommended!

This cozy little place was so impressive! The perfect spot in the heart of the Sunshine Coast with an easy walk to the beach and some beautiful restaurants. The spa and pool area were quiet and clean. And the welcome fruit platter and hot drink selection were a very special (and welcome) touch. The icing on the cake was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Very highly recommend. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

Great location, easy access and parking. Very homely and also catered for our 22 month old, with portable cot and a variety of toys. Would stay again if down this way and certainly recommend this accomodation

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Great for couples get away. Easy parking and additional parking on the street. Short walk to Noosaville river front to jump on the ferry and had lunch at the yacht club. Uber to town was also easy where we had a dinner. It is the penthouse stay.

Such an amazing find, best place we’ve stayed in the Sunshine Coast. We happened to book on a rainy weekend but that didn’t affect us at all as the apartment was perfect. Beautiful views, cosy interior and the spa on the roof make this place unique and in such a perfect location. Across the road from the beach for when the weather cooperated. Patisserie and fish shop nearby were excellent as well. Fantastic host, very organised and thorough with his check in and out, and gave us great recommendations. Definitely want to stay here again in future.
