In the first room there's the kitchen, while the rest of the apartment is an open space with "bedroom" and "living room" (with a sofa-bed) divided by a huge wardrobe. Mini appartamento con 2 letti singoli (unibili) e bagno privato. Ingresso indipendente dal giardino. Accanto al centro ma fuori ZTL. Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

This was a lovely apartment, much more spacious than the photos depict! The host was very friendly and good with communications. The apartment is situated close to the old town and near the train station. It has everything you could possibly need and it is also very quiet. I really enjoyed my time here and would certainly recommend it if you were thinking of having a break in Modena, with easy side trips to Parma, Bologna etc etc. Thank you Lucia & Beatrice!

This stay was truly exceptional. The house itself was stunning—beautifully designed, comfortable, and located in a unique and peaceful setting that felt like a hidden gem. Two bright attic studios with a single entrance, suitable for up to 4 people. The property is located in front of the Doge's Palace, a wonderful location, super central and well served: in the square below there are several restaurants and bars/bakeries, without this affecting the noise perceived from the house. The two apartments are new, well-kept, very clean and there is everything you need in terms of accessories in the house. Simple entry by typing in the code/unlocking the door from the phone. If I had to go back to Modena, I would definitely come back here! Thanks Giada

Fabio and Morris are very precise and meticulous hosts that are very keen to ensure you have a nice time. They guide you to know exactly how to check in and gave instructions for hot water. Flat is well furnished and as most of the time one goes out of is of good size (especially for me as I spent few days). Thx so much Fabio and Morris for your help and kindness
