Very easy to be in. Our house sits in front of the Tiny house. Parking is in front of house. We live in a very rule area. We are a little over an hour from Yosemite. We set between two lakes Lake Don Pedro and Lake Mcclure. We have neighbors but not close There is a market close by and a Dollar General .

The space is a clean, quiet, studio w/ kitchen, queen sized bed, futon couch, bathroom with a rain shower head, & sleeping loft. It's stocked with luxurious throws, linens, and towels. We are a LGBT family. We speak Spanish & have traveled extensively & lived internationally. We welcome you to our peaceful retreat!

The entire upstairs is very roomy and peaceful. 2 bedrooms with queens, large TV room with 5th person extra-long single bed. A kitchenette and newly remodeled bathroom. BIG wraparound porch to enjoy the garden. Historic Gold Rush towns, wineries, lakes, rivers, and winter sports are nearby. Yosemite's Highway 120 entrance is just a 1 1/2 hour drive away. Cottage at the Broken Branch

Experience the historic Gold Country and Yosemite national park staying in this newly renovated 1800s mining cabin. Originally built in the late 1800s for the miners of the Crystal Rock mine, the cottage now has heat, air conditioning, highspeed wifi, a kitchen, and bathroom. There's a shower, toilet and vanity. No tub. There's a queen size bed, 6' couch, dining table/chairs and fridge. You can BBQ and use the patio table. Enjoy beautiful sunsets and starry nights from comfy seats on the deck.
