Very good place to stay during the winter for cross country skiing. The shop is near the chalet and ski routes are very accesible by foot (10min). Bus is also possible to go to lillehammer and ski station. The village is very calm and nice.

Very helpful and friendly host. Answered all our questions. Instantly provided firewood so we could light the wood-burning stove. Cozy cabin and short distance to Hafjell. Beautiful view to ski area.

Nice and quiet place, and just as expected. A nice welcome and a very nice dog that came to greet me every time I came back to the cabin.

Nice spacious cottage for two people, good beds, nice veranda. Vidar welcomed us very kindly and took immediate action in case of leakage at the bath. More was within walking distance, great for swimming, but unfortunately the weather was not good, so we didn't.

We made a stop at Hege on the trip to Norway. Everything was great, Hege and her husband are very nice. Super quiet location. We'd love to come back.

Great place for the 2 nights we needed during the days we were working nearby. Above it is small, but that was known and sufficient for us. Everything is present, the beds were made. A nice nostalgic stuga!

Perfect place for a stopover in Norway! We spent a lovely night by the lake; we got extremely lucky with the weather and could enjoy a sunny barbecue on the terrace and a gorgeous sunset. Ragni and Gunnar Martin were great hosts – super communicative and friendly, and they even let us use their amazing garden for our dog Paulie to run around freely while they were out, after a long day in the car. He was in heaven! The surroundings and view from the guest house are beautiful. Highly recommended!

The place is located in forest, with peaceful and beautiful surroundings. Lovely birdsong everywhere when you open the door. Perfect for silence and forest walks. No traffic. Cozy sitting area outside the guesthouse. We were on one class all day so only used the place to sleep. Worth noting that bathrooms are located in the main house (not the guest house). The main house is right next to it and feels like an extension of the guesthouse. The hosts were very friendly, accommodating and wonderful to get help with the dishes; we really appreciated that.

Incredibly great place with a super location and surroundings right down by the water with a great view. Perfect if you want to get out of the city and stay in quiet surroundings. The hosts were nice, welcoming and helpful if we had questions. Will gladly come back👍🏻

Pretty amazing little triplex with: 1st Floor: An entrance 2nd floor: dining room, kitchen and bathroom 3rd floor: a small bedroom under the attic. The apartment is connected to the owners house even if it remains independent. However, the partitions are hardly thick. And the big bonus: the great view of Oslo Bay!

The cabin is wonderful! It was heated upon our arrival and with some lights on to create atmosphere, thanks Ole! Well-equipped and modern kitchen, spacious bathroom complete with washer and dryer, very comfortable shower cabin. Comfortable beds. One of the living rooms has a very large wall-mounted TV and the other living room has a beautiful wooden table. There is also a charging station for electric cars, but you need a cable. Quiet surroundings, relaxation guaranteed. You need a car to reach Vinstra and the various shops. One of the most beautiful houses ever seen! We'll be back!

Very cozy cabin with ski in ski out. We enjoyed ourselves like the fish in the water. Unfortunately, the cabin service had missed cleaning before we arrived but the host arranged very well. They showed up in 15 minutes and cleaned when we went skiing. Super nice hostess and lightning fast communication.

The house is very good if you are going to ski in the station. in a quiet area. Important, there are no sheets or towels. To keep this in mind. and the heating cannot be set to more than 18 degrees. Everything else is fine.

What a host! We have been welcomed by Berge very nicely. Everything was well prepared in advance with some refreshments, fruits to welcome us. Berge is doing everything to let you relax and enjoy his cozy place. Nothing to say besides excellent! I do recommend the place.

It was a great stay for our Oslo visit. Holmenkollen is a beautiful neighborhood to have walks and to view the city from highground.
