Good for remote work and long stay. Peaceful surroundings really help to concentrate. And for traveling in Tokyo there is quite fast access to Shinjuku. The walk to the station is around 15 min, but there is a nice option to walk along the river. The apartment itself is well equipped and clean, felt like home. Also Ken makes you feel welcomed and there is good and fast communication. Supermarket and conbini nearby are very convenient and there are a lot of shops and restaurants also near the station. Overall I definitely recommend, especially if you want to stay a bit away from cities noise and bustle in a more local and quiet environment.

Enough space for a family of 5 in a quiet neighborhood. A few minutes walk from the transit system. Good amenities and comfortable bedding.

Un lugar bastante accesible con una cercanía muy buena a la estación de tren, tenía los servicios necesarios muy cerca y en general era una zona tranquila, el anfitrión siempre estuvo disponible a preguntar y nos añadió recomendaciones de la zona.

Clean, quiet, and very well appointed home. It was obvious the host took great care to try and think of every detail to make this a comfortable stay. He was exceptionally responsive and also helped me with some of my trip plans when I asked. It was greatly appreciated! It is not close to the center of the city, which wasn’t always convenient but I would not have wanted to stay in the heart of bustling Shibuya, so it really comes down to preference.

Our stay at Mimiko’s was short but it was a great find. We came as a family of three with a 1.5 year old and it worked great for us even though it’s not advertised for children. The queen sized was perfect; all 3 of us fit comfortably and the toiletries in the shower smell amazing. I asked in advance about coffee and Mimiko went out of her way and provided drip coffee packs as well as coffee filters and a drip. I felt that was going above and beyond. Most places just provide what they provide but Mimiko went an extra step even for something so small. I also forgot my child’s sleep bag and she’s sending it to my home. Lifesaver!

立地が最高で、雨でしたがほとんど濡れずに駅に着けました。ドラッグストアやコンビニがすぐそばにあり、必要なものを揃える事ができ、子連れには最強のエリアです。また、静かな環境でよく眠れます。畳も心地よかったです。オーナーさんの対応も良く、気持ちよく過ごせました。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました。

Nous sommes restées presque deux semaines chez Hiroko et le logement correspondait en tous points à nos attentes ! Il était un peu petit mais convient parfaitement pour deux personnes ! C’est juste dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de lavabo de salle de bain mais notre hôte propose l’équipement nécessaire pour pallier à ça ! Je recommande ce logement, en particulier pour sa correspondance aux descriptions et son quartier remplit de restaurants tous plus alléchants les uns que le autres !! Super schöne Unterkunft. Auf der einen Seite ist ein kleiner Bach der fließt und auf der anderen Seite kann man den Mt Fuji wie auf den Bildern beschrieben perfekt sehen, wenn die Sicht gut ist. Einziger negativ Punkt: Die Check-In Zeit. Wenn man nach fujiyoshida fährt und wie wir auf Durchreise ist möchte man gerne bereits in der Mittagszeit sich zuhause einrichten, damit man dann voll durchstarten kann und sich die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten anschauen kann. Wir mussten dementsprechend unser ganzes Gepäck an der kawaguchiko Station kostenpflichtig parken und von dort aus selbst ein Fahrrad kostenpflichtig nutzen. Ab 16 Uhr ist die fahrradnutzung fast schon zu spät. Da wir am morgigen Tag direkt abgereist sind brauchten wir auch das kostenfreie Fahrrad vom Gastgeber nicht. Check out war um 10:00 und dies bat auch nicht großartig Spielraum um die Koffer dort zu lagern. Wir waren bereits um 6 Uhr ausgeheckt und mussten die Koffer dann wieder eigenständig unterbringen.

Absolutely loved our stay here! it was not in the big tourist spots, but a quick and easy train ride to Shinjuku and Shibuya. I was thankful to be in a quieter area, but conveniently located within 1 min walk of Family Mart and anything you wanted to eat. I highly recommend this place and we so loved it! Great and quick communication. would definitely stay again if/when we return to Tokyo!

The airbnb was very cozy and had everything we needed. Our host and co-host were all very responsive and ensured that any issues we encountered or questions we had were resolved as soon as possible. It's located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood which we enjoyed walking through in the morning and at night. Several convenience stores are located within a couple minutes walk away as well, and the train station is also quite accessible. Although it is on the smaller side for parties of 3, the host did reach out to us when we first booked explaining this to us and made sure we're okay with this arrangement. I'd definitely recommend booking this place!

The apartment had everything we needed and more! The neighborhood is filled with second hand shops and convenience stores which was perfect for us:) Being located so close to a train station made moving around very easy as well! Everything was great!

The best deal I could find in Sagamihara. 7min walk to Kamimizo station made our life so much easier. Also, 15 min bus ride to Sagamihara station to take Yokohama-line.

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

Our host was very nice and responsive to our questions.The instructions and house rules sent were easy to understand. The apartment was clean but smaller than we expected, it is just nice for 2/3 people. The neighbourhood is quiet but it has a lot of stores such as supermarket, drug store, convenience stores and laundromat (there’s a small laundromat near the supermarket ) within a short walking distance. The nearest train station (Keisei-Koiwa station) is a short walk away and you can walk about 20 minutes to Koiwa station on the Chuo-Sobu line. From Keisei-Koiwa station, you can take to Narita Airport directly without transfers).

Had an amazing stay with Masa. Wanted something a little farther from the main city for my trip next to a train and this location was perfect. Very nice and peaceful and Masa was very responsive as a host. Highly recommend thank you!!!
