すごく親切に案内頂きました。内装はすごくオシャレで透き通る感がある設計です。空間も想像以上に広く、ゆっくりくつろぐことができました。

We absolutely loved this cabin! The big window and low table in front was so cosy. It was very clean and comfortable, we would love to come back.

We loved our stay at Masa’s place. It’s authentic Japanese house, well located and very comfortable. We were Teo families - 8 people total (4 adults and 4 teenage kids) and it was enough space for everyone. Masa was very responsive and even came in late on the first night to accommodate our request. Matsumoto castle is a 12’ walk from the house and the main shopping street with many cafes 5-7’ walk. We felt right at home, yet very Japanese :). Matsumoto is a highlight of our trip to Japan in large part due to a unique home we stayed in. We will definitely be back. Thank you, Masa!

この度は大変お世話になりました。 温かみのある落ち着いたお家と広々としたお庭のおかげで、皆ゆったりと楽しい時間を過ごすことができました。 ホストの方にも親切にご対応いただき、わんちゃんを連れてきてくださったお心遣いに、子どもも大変喜んでおりました。 お家も立地も非常に気に入り、ぜひまた次回も利用させていただきたいと思っております。 素晴らしい旅の思い出となりました。ありがとうございました！！

GW中に2泊3日でお世話になりました。 初めてのairbnbでしたが、気持ちよく利用できました。 良かった点はいっぱいあるのですが、 ・事前から利用方法の問合せの解答早く助かりました ・部屋、キッチン、浴室、家電類など新しめできれい ・洗濯機、乾燥機が使える（洗剤もある） ・ガスストーブが暖かい（GWですが朝夕は寒い、ガスですぐ温まる） ・犬が部屋に入れる（寝室不可） ・犬のケージがある ・BBQコンロ、テーブルがある（今回利用できず残念） ・布団ふかふかで気持ち良い ・コーヒーメーカーがフィルタレス ・コンビニが車で5分、買い忘れ助かりました ・ファーマーズマーケット（ローソン隣り）、大きいキャベツがお土産になりました など 注意点としは ・アクセスでログハウスの前の通りに曲がるところが普通の車だと下を擦ってしまう ・湯舟にためるお湯の出が悪いので時間がかかる（追い炊き機能無し、シャワーの出は悪くないです） 近所の温泉が徒歩圏内にあるのでそちらを利用すればよいかも 私たちはお湯を注ぎながら短時間で皆で利用しました ・ロフトは梯子で上り下り 私たちは問題なく利用しました ・テレビが見れない TVerやYouTube、abemaは見れるのでニュースやバラエティ番組などBGM替わりに流してました。ほとんど会話していて皆あまり見ていなかったような。。。 以上です。

東京の酷暑と喧騒を離れ、今年の夏7月末～8月初めの12日間を過ごしました。 新緑に囲まれた美しい庭で、風にそよぐ木々の音、野鳥のさえずり、雲の流れを感じながら静かで穏やかな時間を過ごすことができました。解放感のある全面窓の家は、ソファーで寛ぎながら、キッチンカウンターからも美しい庭を眺めることができる素敵な空間でした。 近くに地元のスーパーがあり、新鮮な食材を使い料理をしたり、午後は万座ハイウエーで万座まで、温泉に入りに草津までドライブしたりとすばらしい夏休みとなりました。 宿泊前のオーナーからの回答も迅速で、写真付きの場所の地図もわかりやすく、また、センス溢れたアメニティ、食器は、オーナーのセンスの良さを感じました。 滞在中の夜に豪雨のため停電がありましたが、オーナーがすぐに連絡を下さり、怖い思いをすることはありませんでした。 また泊まりに行きたいです。本当にありがとうございました。

Rustic accommodation in an unbelievably beautiful place. The house is spacious and comfortable. Chie and her family are very special people who made our stay a highlight. our second stay at this lovely place.

Lianne is a super friendly and responsive host. The place is cozy as your own home with the great pellet stove.

We loved our stay at Daniel’s apartment in Iwatake! Everything was as described & pictured. Pick up and drop off to station great - as was the food shop at the start. All staff friendly. The drying room was very good and something we didn’t even know was a MUST! The new Gondala was very nice and the view from the top of the mountain was stunning. The ski lift near the apt did not open when we were there even tho there was so much snow which was disappointing. Daniel always responded to questions friendly and quickly and I would recommend these apartments for skiing families. Beds and amenities were great - the washer and dryer also handy. The apts are quite a distance away from most things in Hakuba (good and bad)- it cost me $50aud round trip to go to the shops (10 mins) to get some good and there really is not many restaurants or food close by and the cheap taxi would not collect from the apts. Some other guests were noisy and could be heard through walls. Would love to come back

Stay was 100% satisfied, very neat, well organised and well maintained. Justin was exceptionally kind, welcoming and attentive, it made me feel right at home, felt like staying again and gave references to my friends.

It’s my second time staying at the Nozawa Gondola Apartments. Different room this time but just as wonderful as before. Clean nicely designed house, well equipped kitchen, and can’t ask for a better location if you’re headed for the slopes!

とても綺麗な宿でした。 窓からの景色もよく、落ち着いた雰囲気でした。 ただ、チェックイン時にオーナーが不在で、従業員に聞いてもちょっと待ってと言って、暇そうにしていました。 チェックインまで30分ほど待たされたのが、少し残念なポイントです。

Kazuki and his co-hosts were extremely helpful when a show storm shutdown all the trains and buses. Local recommendations were provided. A health emergency occurred in our group and they came to our rescue providing above and beyond care getting our friend to the clinic and further transportation assistance. Other than that this place is actually slightly bigger than it looks like in the photos. It’s the last house in the driveway and it very quiet and private with large trees bordering the back of the house. I want to go back already! Thanks everyone! We appreciate everything you did for us!

Great location, right across from the slopes and a few lifts. The beds were really comfortable and the in-floor heating made the place feel warm and cozy.

広々としたお庭、建物内、清潔感があり愛犬と快適に過ごせました！

ココしかない！毎年行かせて頂きます！！ 嫁と１歳の娘、母の４人で利用させて頂きました。 正直、久々に感動させられました。Natariaさんのホスピタリティに感動しました。 清潔感はもちろんのこと、生活をする上で必要なものは揃っています。そしてその１つ１つが妥協していないもの（例：タオルは今治タオル、テッシュ１つにしても贅沢保湿 etc.）を使用している。コスト的に大丈夫？と思ってしまうほどしっかりしたものでした。 何かあれば、すぐに来てくれて対応してくれた。調味料も無料で提供（もちろん開けていない新品です）。 BBQや焚き火用品なども追加料金など一切なく、全てものは揃っていた（食材だけは持参です）。ハンモックなどもありゆっくりとくつろぐことが出来ました。 最後のお別れは、、、こちらが姿を消すまで頭を下げてのお礼（どこの老舗旅館ですか？笑）。 全ては、お客様に優雅な時間を過ごして頂く、ことをコンセプトにやっているんだろうと確信しています。 宿泊費は人それぞれだと思いますが、私は安く感じました。 騙されたと思って一度は行ってみてください。 私と同じ気分になるでしょう。 Natariaさんには本当に感謝しております。 私もこんな素晴らしい別荘が欲しいのでマイ別荘の購入をする際はNatariaさんに色々教わろうかと思います。 これからもよろしくお願い致します。

周辺にはたくさんの観光地やアウトレットなどがあるため立地も良く、その上とても素敵な空間でした。家族でゆっくり素敵な時間を過ごすことができました。対応もすごく親切で、安心して当日を迎えることができました、ありがとうございました。

Polar is a lovely host and it helps that the instructions they provided are clear. The location is great, close enough to the forest to go for a morning walk or run and within a 10 min drive to amenities and a number of attractions.

子連れ5世帯20人近くの大人数で使いましたが、とても広く快適に過ごすことができました。 写真よりも実際に行ったほうが広く感じると思います。 お部屋も綺麗で、ロッジの非日常感も味わえました。 星野エリアにも近く、またぜひ利用させていただきたいと思います。

Stayed with my 14 year old daughter while visiting from America. Everything was perfect: well located to the local restaurants, everything was brand new, high-quality appliances and amenities. Hope to stay there again.
