Juan was such an amazing host. He was very responsive, gave great suggestions to local eateries and outings, and was flexible with helping store luggage upon departure. The listing is exactly as described, with wonderful amenities and restaurants and shops in walking distance. The attendants at the concierge desk were also helpful in facilitating our stay. I couldn't have asked for a better host and stay for my first time in Guatemala City. I plan on coming back and rebooking with Juan, because my experience was so amazing. 5 Stars all around!

The apartment is beautiful, it's the perfect place. What would need to be added is a parking card, since every time you enter you have to do the procedure again and for long stays that's very tedious since it takes up to 15 minutes of time. Everything else was very good.

Very nice apartment to stay with family or friends. Zac and Analy are super helpful and friendly, super fast response time and they think of all the details for a more comfortable stay. Thank you for that and for the clear and detailed specifications. The cleaning is also very good.

The apartment was spacious and very clean. Every detail was thought of and very much apreciated- fans, soap, cotton pads, sugar, water. Our stay was comfortable and quite enjoyable. We hope to be back soon.

As on other occasions, the stay in Paola's apartment is very comfortable. She responds quickly and is flexible. The building is in a very accessible and central area to the places we needed to visit during our stay. I highly recommend it.

We stayed at their place for two nights . We have been travelling for two and half months . This place was home away from home . Beautifully decorated. All the amenities which one would need during vacation or during long travel . Most importantly the hosts are always available to communicate. We requested for early check in and late check out . They were gracious enough to say yes to our request . Wish we had more time to enjoy the place , Sip morning coffee and listen to chirping birds . Hope we come back some day . Silvia was an amazing host!!! Her description, directions and suggestions were spot on!! Home was amazing, clean, organized; everyone felt right at home. The hammock in the living room, was a total hit. Beautiful gardens, pool, playground, the residential area is well kept, private and safe!! There are also shops, restaurants nearby and it's not too far from Antigua I will definitely come back to this home. I recommend it 100%. You won't be disappointed!! Thank you so much Silvia💖
