We had an excellent stay in this house. House was perfect for us and was as described. Rooms are well and cosy decorated. Full kictchen with filtered tap water. One car parking space and yes there is car charge plug also. Not only you have private pool but also 150mt away to the sea. Our host was so lovely and easy to communicate. Apples and 200ml ouzo was great welcome suprise. Thank you for everything.

As someone who uses Airbnb all the time, I can easily recommend this great accommodation experience. The view of the house is great, and the interior of the house is very tasteful and luxuriously furnished. The garden of the house and the shared pool you can use are also very enjoyable. Finally, Yeşilyurt, where the location is, is a peaceful village. I highly recommend it.

the house felt really incredibly peaceful. It was as it appeared in the photos and immaculately clean. Critical needs were foreseen and left. (toilet paper, salt, charcoal, gel, etc.) communication with the hosts was easy and easy. It is also a 10-15 minute drive from the center of Dikili and there are very nice places in the center. We loved Ahmetçe Village and this beautiful house! We came as 6 people and we all admired the comfort, cleanliness and peaceful environment of the house. Staying at his house in Melinda was a great experience. It’s a very quiet place, perfect for rest and relaxation. The house is just a short walk from the sea, making it easy to enjoy a swim whenever you like. Please note that the staircase inside the house is narrow, with open sides and steep steps, so extra care is needed if you’re traveling with children. The host was responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. There’s also a lovely restaurant right next to the house where you can enjoy delicious Greek cuisine.

The house is wonderful. I have rented houses many times before, and I have never seen such a good one. Every detail has been so well thought out that I can't describe it. The cleaning was very, very good. The sheets smelled like detergent. I thank Ms. Fatma very much. He does this job properly. He takes care of the money you give him to the end.

We had the opportunity to stay in Yağhane Ayvalık for 4 days. It was a very nice experience. The atmosphere and design of the place were very beautiful. It was no different than the photos. We provided transportation without a vehicle. It was easy to access public transportation. It was in a quiet neighborhood but also very close to the center. Mrs. Naz responded to our questions quickly. We had no problems with check-in and check-out. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped. There were all the ingredients for those who wanted to cook. During the 4 days we spent, we couldn't enjoy our coffee on the steps because the weather was extremely hot, we just hope we can find an opportunity on our next visit. 🐣

The location of the house and the well-maintained garden were very beautiful. It was in a quiet village that provided a local experience and was very close to every place to visit around Assos. Kitchenware was quite sufficient, the house was large and comfortable. We didn't notice anything missing, to be honest. We stayed with our dog and were very comfortable. We had a very smooth and comfortable holiday with a kind and warm welcome by our host. It was a really enjoyable house.

It was a cute, nice house on 2 floors. A wonderful view on the right side, the Aegean Sea and Lesvos Island 2 steps away. It was a privileged excitement to stay right next to the temple of Athena. The host, Ms. Filiz, was really interested and animal-loving. I was very impressed with the feeding and maintenance of the lives on the street. Paramin was a deserving experience . It felt like my own home, not in the other's house, thank you very much for everything.

Brother Ali and sister Filiz really don't have much to say for you. They welcomed us as someone who was extremely warm and family. They tried to help with everything. We wanted to light the fireplace, thanks to Ali, even though it was on Sunday, he even arranged wood. The breakfast was also very nice with handmade tomato paste and jam, etc. We had two peaceful days in the village, we had a second house. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back, of course:)

We had a wonderful stay – the house is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It’s just a short distance to the center of Cunda and also close to Ayvalık. Güler was incredibly helpful and made everything easy for us. Highly recommend place!

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.
