Super responsive and very friendly, accommodating host! Location was perfectly located in Higgins lake area. Walkable neighborhood and trails across the street. Cabin has everything you would want or need for up-north getaway. Nice furniture and tv to relax after a day on the lake.

It was my second time staying here and the creek out back is perfect to do some fishing in. Its nice and cozy, makes you feel right at home.

This home was the perfect spot for a quick weekend escape—peaceful, relaxing, and filled with great amenities. The view of the lake was beautiful, especially at sunrise, and made mornings feel extra special. Everything inside was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Communication with the host was excellent—clear, responsive, and helpful from start to finish. Overall, a great place to unwind and recharge.

We absolutely loved staying at the CDL for a long weekend. The board game room had so many options to choose from—we really enjoyed spending time in there, checking out new games and a few staples. Everything was immaculate when we stepped in, so tastefully decorated and oh so clean. Rex and Lynnette are top notch hosts and were available when we had questions or needed a refill of coffee beans. Such kind people! We stayed at the Yellow Door Lodge last year and loved it just as much. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Location was perfect. 5 min from Pleasant Lake, 7 min to Meijers. Well furnished. Coud use screens on tge windows to let the air flow but they did have air conditioners in each room to keep it cool. Nice place, well worth it to rent.

This was a very adorable place right across the street from from the lake. Perfect for our little family. They had everything we needed and then some. A very delicious s’mores basket for the fire. Nancy was super sweet and even brought us some comfy chairs for fire pit. Great stay. In walking distance of a bunch of stuff.

We stayed in traverse city so we'd have options for restaurants/nightlife and drove out to various hiking spots throughout the week. This place was a perfect spot to unwind at night. I'd definitely come back again.

Brenda and her husband were amazing just like their place. We had a chance to meet, talk and share stories. They were gentle, humble and kind! The view from the top of the hill was beautiful! The games and coloring set they had was perfect for a lazy night! If we find ourselves back in the area we will be back!

We really enjoyed staying at Fawn’s place!! This was a top tier place! She thought of everything and provided so many extras like snacks, an assortment of drinks and even chocolates on the pillows. The decor was very well done and it was so clean and comfortable. It was a great spot to stay as we explored some of north Michigan. We slept well and the surroundings were very peaceful and quiet. We would stay here again without any hesitation. Fawn was quick to answer questions and help in any way. We enjoyed staying here very much!!

My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away at Paula's unique property. We ate at a few of the restaurants; it was nice having multiple options nearby. We went hiking and explored the beautiful grounds. We also enjoyed some time on the porch. I would definitely stay at Paula's place again!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

Our group of four loved our stay at Mary Ann's Traverse City home - spacious, comfortable and pristine. We especially enjoyed the patio to unwind after a long day sightseeing.

Perfect location and exactly what we needed. Very quiet. Grounds were beautiful. My only question going in was if the brew pub in the same building would be a distraction but definitely was not. Actually the opposite. We had multiple nice visits there, friendly staff and closes early too. The immediate surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful after 9 PM Saturday night The ability to temporarily pull up to the ground level front door to unload vehicle was handy. So many food and drink options within a few minute walk and great hiking trails right behind building up into hills west of TC were also great. Would stay again for sure. The history of the facility is very interesting and would recommend taking one of the tours available.

We loved our stay! The listing was exceptionally clean and amenities were as described. We enjoyed the location and having a coffee shop and (delicious) burger joint in walkable distance was a great bonus! The view of the beach and water right off the private balcony was wonderful and having a heated pool/hot tub combo right on property made this an ideal booking for our family. We’d come back and would recommend to others!

Fantastic place! Some of the most proactive and thoughtful hosts. The space was great for two couples, much like two adjoining hotel rooms with a common area. Great location to get to everything TC and mission peninsula. Thanks for the great stay!
