Locanda Bellavita is an apartment for up to 7 people, on the ground floor with an independent entrance. To prepare breakfast, there is an area with coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. *The rooms will be naturally chilled thanks to the thick stone walls, so you won’t need any air conditioning.

Villa Pianelli is a traditional farmhouse dating from the 1500's and consists of 2 structures. The main house where I live, always available to ensure your stay runs smoothly and the Garden apartment. Both are completely independant with separate entrances. The Garden apartment is composed of 5 rooms on ground level, the interiors have retained the Tuscan characteristics with brick ceilings and chestnut beams and terracotta floors. There are 2 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 lounge with a wood burning stove and open plan kitchen - dining area. The kitchen is equipped with fridge,oven and ceramic hob. From the lounge you access the spa room with sauna and from there onto a terraced garden complete with b.b.q. The swimming pool is 8mx16m and is open May through September, furnished with sun loungers,a b.b.q area and a large covered pergola with dining tables and chairs. Villa Pianelli is secluded in a quiet corner of the Tuscan countryside, nestled in the hills of Arezzo, surrounded by vineyards, olive groves and oak forests.We can offer our guests a dimension of peace and quiet whilst ensuring various possibilities of entertainment in wineries, restaurants,shopping etc just a few kilometres away in Arezzo. Please note that the house has two bedrooms but if the booking is for two people only one bedroom will be provided.If required there is an additional cost of 50 euro per night for the second bedroom.

Where to start? I truly can't say enough good things about this property. It exceeded expectations in every way. From start to finish, our time here was a delight. Amanda was responsive, helpful, and accommodating. The location is remote, and a bit of adventure to get to, but Amanda had communicated that and we were prepared with the proper rental car that made it a breeze. The house is beautifully appointed, has every amenity, and lots of perfect spaces for both quiet moments and areas to gather with your group. The outdoor spaces and pool area are lovely, beautifully landscaped, and the views are spectacular. Book this place; you won't be sorry.

We spent 4 days in Roberto's apartment. Very clean, tidy and well furnished place. Great attention to detail, equipped with all comforts. The apartment is close to the center, 5 minutes by car and close to the most famous places like Cortona. Surrounded by greenery, it is great for those who, like us, want to unwind. Roberto is a very kind Host, available to provide all the news about restaurants and places to visit. He also gave us products from their garden that had just arrived. Delicious. We had a great time. I highly recommend it and we hope to return.

This is one of the best Airbnbs I’ve ever stayed in. It is even nicer than the photos, very spacious and the styling of the place is very considered. I wish we stayed there longer. The host was very responsive and the area is peaceful but close to many restaurants and other shops. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE.
