Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Misamis Oriental

Had a bit of a challenge on our arrival but only because we arrived rather late. Mike was very responsive, including his Driver, Dodong. Both are very helpful and accommodating. The house is lovely. Rooms are huge, each with its own bath. Will definitely stay here again next time I visit the city.

Villa Grasie is a perfect place for family/friends who wants to get away from the chaotic city. Host is very responsive, friendly and helpful. Good neighboorhood. House is very spacious and comfortable- feels like home. Overall, a very good stay- highly recommended! :)

The place is very clean and well maintained. the amenities were also good for a reasonable price per night. The location is also good because it is near the public market so you can just buy the essentials you need for cooking. Especially, the owner is very approachable and friendly.

We stayed at Bernie’s Place for 2 nights and had a lovely experience. The combined unit offers generous space, comfortably sleeps 10, and is conveniently located on the second floor. The second bedroom does not have a door, but it did not affect our comfort. While Bernie was not very communicative during our stay, his caretaker Rizza was exceptional. She was warm, responsive, and incredibly helpful. Rizza made sure a surprise for my fiancée went perfectly, from receiving seven parcels to preparing the space and assisting with check-in. A few small suggestions would be to provide larger trash bags and include trash disposal instructions in the check-in guide. The Wi-Fi also had issues and often required restarting the router. Despite these minor issues, the stay was smooth and memorable. Highly recommended.

This is my second time booking here and I’ve never been disappointed. They’re always so accommodating, especially when it comes to questions. We were immediately transferred after we complained about the smell in our room—it seemed like cigarette smoke from the previous guest. The hosts acted on it right away and moved my parents to another room. Both rooms we booked were really worth it! We even extended our stay because our trip felt too short. I would definitely recommend Sir John’s unit anytime.

Ka Cey is an amazing host! she responds immediately. when I asked for fresh towels on our second day, she had them delivered pronto! the place is worth the price and more! location is tops! amenities are in place and appliances worked perfectly. I loved the bed and pillows! this is one thing that most hosts take for granted. am glad Ka Cey made this an important feature! parking is a challenge but not an issue. as frequent travelers we survive issues like this. we find ways. I will recommend to friends!

My friends and I had a great stay at Thea's place! I loved how simple and minimalist the space was. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with free disposable slippers, a hygiene kit (toothbrush, soap, and toothpaste), and even free coffee! Thea's check-in and check-out instructions were very clear and easy to follow. My friends especially enjoyed taking pictures on the balcony. The city view is beautiful both in the morning and at night. The location is also super convenient. It’s walking distance to the mall and food parks, and you won’t have to worry about where to eat because right below the condo, there’s a convenience store and several food spots like Chingkeetea, Sharmaine’s, and Husband & Wife. Overall, our stay was amazing! I’ll definitely book again with my friends for our next hangout. Plus: The lobby staff were very friendly and welcoming — they made us feel at home.

The place is easy to find. All the tricycle drivers know the place so it was very convenient for us. The place is very clean and close to all the malls. Had alot of restaurants and convenience stores nearby as well. Check-in was a breeze and all the staffs are friendly. Rechel was very accomodating and responds instantly! Overall, I highly suggest this place especially for families.

Second time staying here and I’m glad to say it hasn’t changed. Had everything I needed. I had a peaceful stay here and slept well. Love also that the room is higher up, so you hear less of the hubbub below. Thankful to Alchie for accommodating my requests and being quick to reply.

we had 3-day trip to cagayan for a wedding and we couldnt have booked the perfect place to stay! the unit was nice and clean, parking is no brainer as we can always find a spot whenever we come back to the unit, great lobby and security staff! i would def stay here whenever we’re in cagayan.
