The host was really nice and super responsive, we did early check in at 11 am. Based on price it’s a good place to stay and it has car parking facility also. Surely I will visit again.

Incredible place! Loved the high ceilings, the lawn and just the overall energy of the place (+the ride to get there) The host was super responsive and helpful all throughout and can’t wait to escape the city and go here again!

We had a great time at MD Ashraf’s place. Initially there were some concerns but the owner was very responsive and took necessary steps to make our stay pleasant. Staffs were available specially Arefin for any issues or questions we had. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again in future.

It was my first airbnb stay in Dhaka, I would say the experience was good the place is in 15th floor so the view was amazing at night as u can see the city n the highways all the way, plus the host was very responsive n one of the best , the people around the place were nice knowing that we are not from there would definitely recommend to anyone staying there

Everything was good but the location he gave us was incorrect. I asked him specifically about a hospital location from his place and he responded that the hospital was only 10 minutes of walking distance, which is what I actually needed, i was sick hence the Hospital. I couldn't travel by car , I needed to walk to the hospital per my doctor's advice. When i checked in to the place and started walking to the hospital it was 30 minutes of walk which was impossible for me.. I told him about my situation, he said " you just leave my place" very Rudely. I said okay well i will leave right now if please give me a refund. It was the same day i checked in. Sooo many insults he said " okay you cancel the booking and i will approve the refund ". I canceled and left his place the same day. Its been almost 15 days , i keep asking him to approve my refund but no response from him. Very bad hosting,No manners at all, No professionalism at all. Hope no one suffers like me and book with this host.

Initially i was a bit hesitated since i’ll be staying for long but in reality its pretty much same in the pics. And the service is quite good. Totally worth it renting a room with swimming pool and gym for long stay.

The host was helpful and understanding throughout. The house has minimalistic features with great space and clean fittings. The pool is a bit small but yet enjoyable. The locality is located in the posh locality of Dhaka. It is a good peaceful space with all basic amenities.

Sharmin is a wonderful host. She was always extra cautious to make sure everything was just as comfortable for us as it should have been. The place is really nice, a very good option for a day out or overnight program for a small family or group of friends.

The place was amazing. Clean and comfortable. Host was friendly and gave us clear instructions to find the house. The caretaker took great care of us and the house, and also came for a clean-up whenever asked. The location is safe and we felt right at home. I would definitely recommend this place.

I choose this place specifically because of my internship at Grameen Bank and the positive ratings. What I can tell other people who have never visited Bangladesh is, Trust the process if you're still unsure about these accommodations. I was first uncertain about what to pack and how much preparation I should have. Before I made this reservation, we had developed excellent communication and had spoken on the phone and via messenger for more than a month. I had problems with the sim card when I first got to Bangladesh, but Roman was kind enough to let me use his phone and willing to solve the problem with me. I lived in three different countries while growing up and have traveled frequently, and when I visit a new country, it’s significant to have a guardian as much as a comfortable home to stay in who is knowledgeable about local regions and cultures. Since I don't speak Bengali, his stepdaughters often accompany me whenever I go out. I got to know his daughter well and loved every second of our conversations. He helped me drop me off at the Grameen bank office on the first day and spoke to my supervisor. Roman’s wife, Shilpi cooks the best Khichuri and Chicken Polao. I still didn’t give up on convincing her to open her restaurant or publish her recipe books. We decided to have lunch together every day because I absolutely love her cooking. I am extremely grateful for this opportunity and the family and friends I met in this country. I did not imagine this level of hospitality and kindness before arriving. I would be happy to speak with anyone who is reading this and is still unsure about this accommodation to clear up any concerns. Again, I want to thank Roman for his dedication and effort to make my stay the best it could be.

Arafat was a great host and the apartment was very well kept and worth the price. I would definitely recommend.

First of all, great place. A perfect home, yes, I called it home because it felt like home. During my stay, my family just felt it like their own house. I found everything in the house when I needed them. The size of the room is so spacious. Our kids enjoyed the whole time a lot. If I need to Airbnb another time , I will go for this place every single time. Great host, great security, clean house; everything was perfect for me. The caretaker family was so responsive & so helpful. God bless this house & god bless our host.

Absolutely great location and amazing host! Jahid was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Very clean and good attention to detail. Peaceful place and walkable to all the amenities. 10mins walk from the Jamuna Future Park. Highly recommended!
