It was a pleasure to stay there. There is everything you may need. There is a forest nearby and the neighborhood is tranquil and welcoming. I can note a very comfortable bed and a stable Wi-Fi connection. The owner is very helpfull.

A nice place , perfect for 2 people, small but comfortable, had all the utilities and everything was clean . Located in the center of Iasi , close to a lot of beautiful places . Definitely will recommend for people that want to travel alone or for couples . Thanks to the host that made everything easier for us !

To begin with it is a good apartment. Also, it is very close to the Palas Mall and Palace of Culture which is the very heart of the city.

Perfect accommodation for a larger company or a family , with beautiful stylish interior and all the needed appliances. Great location , with all the major attractions at a nearby distance . We had the pleasure of staying at Q Residence from 10 to 15 September, on the 8th floor, and it was a great experience! First of all, the view from the balcony is spectacular – in the evening, you can enjoy a gorgeous sunset and a partial panorama of the city. Seriously, if you miss Iasi or just want to relax after a busy day, the balcony is the ideal place! Being in my hometown it was super easy for me to get around – in 10 minutes we were either at Iulius Mall or Palas Mall, perfect for quick shopping or a coffee. The location allowed me to sort out my personal chores and smoothly. The accommodation itself was comfortable, clean and well appointed with all the necessary amenities. Even the elevator was running without having those "suspense" moments that you sometimes encounter in high blocks – bonus point for that!

Walter was very proactive with his communication and friendly. He made sure I knew where I was going and he also stayed up late until past 03:00 to help me enter the building as my flight arrived in the middle of the night. He showed me how everything in the apartment worked and afforded me flexibility with my check-in and check-out time and overall he was very kind. The apartment is good value, it is small but functional for a solo traveller. The bed is a small mattress laid out on the floor and frankly it worked just fine for me and was comfortable. The location isn’t ideal as it is right on the outskirts of the city however it is relatively close to the Cetatiua, Frumoasa and Galata Monasteries. I used Bolt to get to and from the apartment and city centre which was cheap enough or you can use public transport which is even cheaper. Both options do not take long. The pillow cases and blankets needed washing in my opinion. Aside from that the apartment was clean and spotless.

We had a wonderful weekend stay in Iași! The host was incredibly kind and communicative – all instructions were very clear, and the self-check-in process was seamless. We really appreciated being allowed to check in early since the apartment was available ahead of time. The apartment itself was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed. It's located in a modern, brand-new complex in a great area. The private parking in the garage was a huge plus, with easy and secure access. All in all, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. This will definitely be our go-to place for future long weekends in Iași. Thanks again for everything!
