Au rez de chaussée une grande pièce à vivre de 45m2 au charme rustique et contemporain avec cuisine salle à manger et salon avec canapé convertible, une clim réversible et un patio et jardin indépendant. A l'étage une mezzanine avec chambre (lit 160/200) et salle de bain. Mon logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo, les voyageurs d'affaires et les familles (avec enfants).

Knusse Studio Tussen de Wijngaarden

In een verbouwde schuur op de grens tussen de departementen Charente Maritime en Gironde bevindt zich onze knusse studio. De studio is van alle comforts voor twee personen voorzien. Er is een tweepersoonsbed, kledingkast, twee comfortabele zitstoelen, een keukenhoek met gasfornuis, eettafel en een badkamer met douche. Voor koude dagen is er een haardvuur. Er is WiFi en u kunt uw auto bij ons parkeren. En buiten ligt uw eigen terras met tafel en stoelen voor dat croissantje in de zon!

Gîte du grand village

Notre gîte est situé au cœur de la région viticole des côtes de Blaye. La maison entièrement équipée présente de nombreux avantages (espace extérieur, jacuzzi, terrasse, coin bar avec barbecue..) Le gîte dispose de 2 chambres (1 chambre lit double et 1 chambre 2 lit simple, avec la possibilité d’installer un 3 eme espace de couchage , lit double, dans la pièce principale). La maison est située sur son propre terrain privé.A 5 km de l’ autoroute A10.

Appartement de charme proche Blaye avec terrasse

Situé à 25 minutes du CNPE et à 1 km du centre ville de Blaye (avec sa citadelle classée au patrimoine mondiale de l'UNESCO) et de toutes ses commodités : bars, restaurants, boulangerie, pharmacie, tabac presse... Marché tous les mercredis et samedis matins. La zone commercial Leclerc et Lidl se trouve à 1 km. Vous pourrez vous garer dans une cour privative située devant le logement et fermée via un portail électrique.

Parking gratuit sur place.
